I was more than satisfied with the services 316 insulation provided. They were right on schedule each time they came out and were always ready to answer a phone call. They honored a quote they had given me previously to the letter despite a time gap and had a technician out the next day. Kaleb came out, photographed all his work and left the area better than he had found it. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great workmanship at a very reasonable price. Technician Andrew was professional, friendly and engaging, He addressed some small details that I had questioned and resolved all of my concerns.

316 Insulation was fantastic to work with. From getting an inspection and quote, to scheduling, and most importantly the work done. Shane and Andrew, did a great job with my attic, which was an absolute mess from a prior leaking roof. They stripped all the old insulation, bad wood, repaired the damaged metal vents, removing bird nests, and sprayed for mold all in a single day. The next time they visited, they spayed the new insulation, and brought my older home's attic up to safety code. All throughout, they were very respectful of my home. Making sure to lay tarps, add protection, and whatever else was necessary to avoid mess and damage to my home. Any mess that managed to make it through was cleaned up by them. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The only minor critique I could offer is that they don't offer any discounts for paying in full/up front in cash. However, I think the quality makes up for the lack of that option.

316 Insulation heard our goals and needs as homeowners and shared honest solutions to meet both without trying to upsell. The work team was great and efficient, as well. They were easy to work with and the customer service was great, as well.

We had batt insulation in the walls with spray foam in the ceiling. Hard foam installed in the garage door. Pics are sad empty walls to happy warm walls and ceiling

I am in the process of selling my house and needed to get the crawlspace cleaned and insolation replaced. 316 came in with the most reasonable price and each of the individuals I had contact with were personable, professional and a pleasure to work with.

316 Insulation Put a new ground vapor cover in the crawl space of my home and did a great! Kaleb and Vic took the extra time to clean the entire area and fix the insulation where needed. I appriciate the respect that they shown for my propertly.
Jami was very thorough in inspecting and sealing off the rodent entrance's all around the house. She was really great to work with!

Travis came out to do an estimate and he was a super cool dude, knowledable, helpful and professional. On the day of the work, Andrew and Shane showed up early, which is awesome. I appreciate all the hard work and professionalism of Shane and Andrew. Very nice people. They were amazing at getting the drill and fill project completed and it looks fantastic! No mess at all. 10 stars!

316 Insulation just completed re-insulating the crawl space under my 1980's home. The quality of the work was amazing! It was a complete transformation. (see before and after pics)
The installers were very professional and got the job done in one day.
Also, I my home qualified for a PSE insulation rebate. This saved me a bunch of money$$$
From start to finish, it was an excellent experience for me.

We just had our house insulated last month by 316 Insulation. Our home has a large walk-in crawl space which had been insulated with old fiberglass batting held-up by chicken wire. It was a mess. All of the old insulation and chicken wire was safely removed and then replaced with 3 inches of spray foam and our pipes got wrapped in insulation. The entire job took two days. I recommend not being in your home when the spray is being applied!
Once completed the crawl had 6" to 9" of more clearance space (makes a big difference) along with the advantage of removing places where rodents would nest (droppings everywhere).

Overall I'm very pleased with 316 and their work and recommend their services. Kent (owner) and all the employees we worked with were courteous and professional. We'd work with them again.

FYI.....We got bids from four different companies.

These guy did an awesome job! I asked Kent to give me a bid on a spray foam job in an even restoration project, he was responsive, communicative and very polite. He gave me the quote, I approved and they got the work done in 1 day. Very happy with the service I received and the quality of the job. Thank you guys so much!

I had many many estimates. Had to be over 15 different companies. I was looking for someone who knew their stuff, gave me decent pricing, had honest (good) reviews, and amazing customer service. I’m so glad I went with 316 because they were so easy to work with. They were informative on everything they were doing, walked me through their process plan, and told me everything that needed to be done. All necessary things. Some other companies were telling me they were going to charge me a crazy extra amount for mold remediation and it was not absolutely needed. (It was a tiny tiny spot) easily cleaned with bleach and water. Even 316 told me how we could accurately clean it ourselves. After choosing them, their customer service was still nothing short of amazing. They wanted to make sure everything was done correctly on their end before proceeding to each next step. They were communicative & punctual, and showed me pictures of the complete job. It looked great! There was a little accident where they broke a part of my chandelier. They gave me the option to fix it or replace it and they would take care of all the fees. (I got a new one) and they installed it and everything. no worries on my part, I just sent an Amazon link of the new chandelier I wanted. They did an amazing job, had amazing customer service, fair pricing, & they offer financing. 316 is by far the superior crawl space company. I recommend them to anyone needing vapor barrier repair and anything in the crawlspace / attic done. Thanks 316!

316 insulation will be my number one choice for any installation project. Their communication was excellent and they periodically gave me a phone call to check my progress on my Construction project so that there wasn't any delays. Their staff is very nice and they did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
