Had the pleasure of working and contracting with Hector and his crew for 2+ years while I managed 2 properties in capitol hill and first hill in Seattle. Given the area, Hector and his team kept the area clean and immaculate. Very responsive in emergency related issues. I would definitely recommend his company.
