A co-worker referred me to them when I needed a rotted deck replaced. Price was very reasonable, they did quick and great work, and they were lovely to talk to. Will happily use them again in the future!

Based on recommendation, reached out to this company multiple times. Typically response was very slow to happen. I eventually got one of the owners on the phone, and was given some general info, and the next step was that he would "have his brother call me to provide a quote". This happened 2-3 times over the course of several months, ultimately with no response from the brother. My sense here is that they just don't want, need, or have time for our business. But it is frustrating to have my time wasted with poor communications. Better to just tell me "We do not have time to do this work, you should find someone else." It's not very respectful or professional.

Jorge and Luis are very professional, show up on time, confirm the day before, and work very hard to get the job done. They do not ask for money until the job is completed, unlike another review said. Jorge and Luis helped us get our wild two acres back in control and will continue to help with yard maintenance as well. I like the way they hand prune plants and flowers and don't use chemicals if you don't want them to. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Have worked with this crew for over 4 years. Jeorge and Luis are incredibly polite respectful and willing to work inside any budget. They can achieve the big job and the little job. They arrive on time and are in budget
They strive to achieve their clients satisfaction. They continue to build the services they offer. I have hired them for roof cleaning, fence work and repair, general lanscape maintenance. My experience has lead me to recommend them to several friends with similar results.

I reviewed Pride Landscape the last time they did a big project for us.
This time they replaced a thirty year old retaining wall. The results were
exceptional, we are very pleased, and continue to highly recommend this company. Our experience continues to be the following.... Jorge and Luis are reliable, always on time, do excellent clean up, and in addition they answer all questions about the project so you can be as informed as you choose. Along with replacing and putting up a new wall, they installed a french drain to prevent the drainage problems we had with the original wall. Again, Highly Recommend!

I think they have gone out of business. My husband has been trying to get them out for two years. Initial work was good.

Love love love their initial work. But now they won't return my calls for additional and maintenance work (that I would pay for).

Superb service professional crew, respect for properly

Doug agreed to be at my house to provide an estimate for monthly yard service as well as a general yard clean-up. Doug was a dud, a no-call no-show. No call, no text, no email, not even a smoke-signal. Interesting view of professionalism and responsibility. Dzingle's Landscaping wasted my most precious commodity, my time. I see Dzingle's Landscaping is a BBB member in good standing...Perhaps this was a fluke and there was an emergency or something. I cannot say if Dzingle's work skills are anything like Dzingle's communication skills, but, never-the-less Dzingle's wasted my time and delayed my project. I would NEVER USE Dzingle's.

We contracted with Dzingle's to completely overhaul our backyard. They did an awesome job and the owner stands by the company's work 100%. Would absolutely recommend for major backyard renovation.

Doug came out and gave us an estimate to replace some bamboo in our backyard and install synthetic grass. From the 1st interaction to the last he was knowledgeable, professional, and had timely feedback. We had 4 bids and went with Doug. Hands down we would hire this local again.

Very easy to work with. And responded quickly and professionally. Install was pretty quick and they cleaned up everything. We are VERY pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to others.

Fast forward three years, we needed the turf raked and new antimicrobial pellets laid down and I still got the same response and service as I did the first time.

We wanted to replace some older synthetic grass from another company (that only lasted one year past warranty). We called 3 different places. One place said to just put in some new infill to make it like new (they did not look at the grass and we did not believe that would work). Another place said they don't do jobs under $15k. Dzingles responded immediately and came to look at the grass. Doug was very knowledgeable and explained why the old grass failed. Three months later we have beautiful new grass. The installer, Luis, was so efficient and expert at his work (says he has been working for Dzingles for over 20 years, which says something to me about the company). Now the grass is newly installed so I can't speak to longevity. But I really have no worries. The grass is high quality and the install was done well. I highly recommend this company for synthetic grass.

We had to get some yard work done and he was kind of arrogant during the estimate. But we went with him because his prices seemed good and he could get the job done fast. He was also willing to give us a deal because we were close to his business in Auburn. They missed the cement base in one of our fence post holes, so we called him regarding this. He then told us that there was no way that they had missed it. However the fence was quite wobbly and we dug down to check for cement, and there was none. He made us take pictures to send to him and he never contacted us back. We paid him the full amount for this (and EARLY too.) He never gave us an invoice, so we asked for one at the end of the year and he never got back to us. We had to ask 3 times to get a stupid invoice so we could file our taxes. My husband actually had to threaten to contact the Better Business Bureau to get them to send us an invoice. They finally sent us an invoice....but they never fixed our fence.

I dont like posting negative. But, Ive been waiting for 8 months to fix a mess Dzingles said would fix my issue. I reached out in Dec 2023, sent pictures, "they're busy" "be patient" Never imagined a company would speak to a customer like that. Maybe because I'm a senior female? Am I being discriminated, he didn't discriminated my money, just standing behind his work. I feel very disrespected from this company. I wish he'd make right

I used them several times over the years. They are very good for initial work, but once they are paid they will not respond or return calls for follow up work or maintenance. They will not come back to finish what was promised or fix issues. We had a artificial turf putting green put in a little over a year ago which over the year has settled resulting in some of the holes being canted and low spots. They also promised to put a board in along the fence they extended and along the gravel walk which they also have not completed. I can not get a response from them from email, text, or their website. Do not pay until all is complete! Update: finally got back with me after about a year and put the board in. They do great work, but you never know when they will get back to you.

I can't recommend this company enough!!!! I started to work on our yard myself a few years ago to get it ready for turf. I received a few quotes that were higher than I expected, which we really couldn't afford. I started buying scrap pieces 2nd hand and intended to just stake them in for a low-budget Frankenstein look. I was getting tired of tripping on them and worrying about the dog hurting himself, then conveniently saw the Dzingle's truck at a neighbors so I stopped to chat about our yard. Doug came right over and took measurements and looked at the space. He provided me with a quote using the pieces I had, or new turf provided by him. He wasn't judgmental at all at my attempt to do it low budget with scraps because let's be honest, it wasn't a pretty sight. The quote to use his turf wasn't that much more so we went with that option. He was able to squeeze us in while we were out of town which I was hesitant about, not being available for questions or to go over everything, but he assured me there shouldn't be any issues and if questions arose, he'd reach out, so we went for it. When we got home we were blown away. We had a serious "level" issue which put my attempt on hold because the street is higher than the garage and that was beyond my skill level, but Doug and his team made it work. They leveled it perfectly and the turf looks incredible. It looks like a real back yard now and is so fancy!!! Kevin loves it too because he can play ball without turf pieces sliding around, and mama loves no mud in the house. He played fetch for over 2 hours yesterday so he clearly LOVES his new back yard! Thank you so much Doug & team for making this project 100% painless, and giving us a perfect back yard!
