Constraction reviews in Bainbridge Island, Washington

Great experience working with Craftsman. They have an excellent working relationship with local subcontractors. Staff are all responsive and knowledgeable. Quality of work is fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Although we only engaged Bainbridge Island Pest Control & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services, WA to do a few tasks, their list of services included everything we need, including attic insulation, duct and dryer vent cleaning, roofing, fireplace maintenance, and pest control. Their sweep restored the chimney to its original condition after years of neglect. The insect problem has been resolved, and our house feels cozier and more functional. During the appointment, their technician even discovered a little roof leak and fixed it. Everyone was on time, kind, and professional. We are quite pleased with the outcome.

My encounter with Dryer Vent Service was outstanding. Vincent came to our Bainbridge Island property and gave us excellent service. In addition to cleaning our dryer vent, he thoroughly inspected our chimney. He looked at a roof problem we had been ignoring and discussed the advantages of improving the insulation in our attic. Everything was completed quickly and fairly. I'm happy that Bainbridge Island offered a one-stop shop. Vincent is polite, knowledgeable, and someone I would absolutely trust again.

Nice people who do great work! Let me save you some time, don't spend any more time looking for a construction contractor. He is "extremely interested."

Ben was prompt and on time. Due to a previous owner cutting through a dryer vent, we unknowingly had a huge risk of fire, which he caught when doing a routine dryer vent cleaning. I highly recommend Bainbridge Island Pest Control & Air Duct Cleaning And Dryer Vent Cleaning Services!

In addition to providing pest control, we were delighted to discover that Bainbridge Island Pest Control & Air Duct Cleaning And Dryer Vent Cleaning Services also offers attic insulation, roofing, fireplace services, and duct and vent cleaning. They fixed a long-standing problem by cleaning the chimney and inspecting the gas fireplace. Our energy expenses have decreased as a result of their attic work, and our roof repairs were completed the same day. We didn't have to handle anything because their contractor made sure everything was completed on time. Excellent service throughout!

Bainbridge Island Pest Control & Air Duct Cleaning And Dryer Vent Cleaning Services showed expertise across all services. The dryer vent inspection was detailed, and the follow-up dryer vent cleaning was completed with care. During the appointment, Anthony explained what they were checking and why. We also scheduled chimney sweep cleaning, which was handled neatly. After discovering mold, Anthony performed mold cleaning and professional mold removal. Their mold remediation services addressed the issue thoroughly. The team was respectful and clearly well trained.

Bainbridge Island Pest Control & Air Duct Cleaning And Dryer Vent Cleaning Services provided top-quality service. Kameron was friendly and professional throughout the air duct cleaning process. I’ve tried coit duct cleaning before, but this was far more effective. The dryer vent maintenance and dryer vent cleaning were handled carefully. The Mold remediation service improved our indoor air quality significantly. I would definitely use Bainbridge Island Pest Control & Air Duct Cleaning And Dryer Vent Cleaning Services again.

I just want to give a shout out to Patrick! Very knowledgeable and helpful and a businessman with integrity.

Cleaned gutters and roof last two years. Efficient, Professional and Helpful - we plan to hire again next year.

I got a drone inspection with this company and it was eye opening. They are professional, courteous and honor their words. I totally recommend them.

Andrew was fast and found the problem quickly. Roof Tec was the third company to look at my problem, but fixed the problem right away.

I have used the Rood Tec team over the last two years cleaning roofs and gutters on commercial properties. They've done a great job for me!

RoofTec helped me get a roof on a new building on short notice, for a fair price. Andrew was great to work with.

We had a unique request and the team was able to get us a quote and complete the work the same week. The work quality was also excellent.
