Constraction reviews in Battle Ground, Washington

Whether we use Eli for new construction or remodels, he never disappoints. Best quality and warranty in the Portland area.

I have used Riverview for many of my projects. The team has been a pleasure to work with. They have always shown up on time, were very tidy, and the work was top quality. I would highly recommend using them for any home renovations!

Thank you for the fantastic work on the bathroom tile and replacing our broken windows!! The work done is of the highest quality! The tile turned out fantastic because they took their time to ensure it was flush with the wall, they did such a good job caulk is all that was needed. We didn't have to install quarter round on top! Just looks amazing!

To Eli,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the incredible work you did on our house. With over 60 windows, I know it was no small task, but you went above and beyond. Refurbishing many of the old windows not only preserved the character of the home but also saved us a significant amount of money—something we really appreciate.
Your attention to detail and craftsmanship truly made a difference, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks again for your hard work and dedication!

Best Always
Petra

Riverview Construction turned out to be a great choice. The customer service was top notch. The quality of work was exactly as we discussed. The whole process was seamless with my remodel and if I ran into any issues, there were no hesitations to make things right. I highly recommend Riverview Construction for all your remodel needs and I know I’ll be using them again going forward.

Eli and the crew at Riverview exceeded our expectations taking over a prolonged and complex century home renovation. We cannot recommend them enough.

Had a great experience with Eli and Riverview Construction. They’re a perfect example of a company that truly cares, great communication, quick and efficient change orders, and most importantly, an Owner-Operator who’s fully involved and on top of every detail. Eli and his team did an outstanding job, and I’m genuinely looking forward to working with them again in the future.

We had a great experience working with Riverview Construction as a subcontractor. Eli the owner and Alexander the project manager were professional, organized, and easy to work with. The project ran smoothly, and they showed real respect for our time and work including prompt payment. We look forward to future projects together and highly recommend them. OR Advanced Roofing, LLC

Eli and his crew really took care of me, gave me exactly what I wanted and stayed within budget. Overall a really good experience. I’ll be using them again in the future.

Team works great, always on time. Did great work with remodeling our kitchen, windows and bathroom. Will definitely recommending, nice guys also 😁.

Eli replaced a couple of old sliding glass doors with another sliding glass door, a picture window and an entry door. His work quality and communication before during and after the installation were all great. He’s among the best contractors I’ve worked with.

Riverview Construction was very professional, had great ideas for our remodeling, and did excellent work. Eli and project manager Denis were awesome. I will use them again.

Wow! What a great team to work with! Eli had the best ideas and design when it came to remodeling my pantry and my living room space! Very communicative, transparent and thoughtful. His team was clean and respectful at our home. The place looks amazing and they left the place spotless!! I would recommend them for any project. looking to working with you and your team again!!

The team at Riverview Construction is top-notch. They’ve been reliable, have great communication, and take real pride in their work — I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Riverview Construction did an amazing job on my 1935 home. From the very beginning, they were easy to work with and truly cared about preserving the charm and character of the house. They were great about keeping me in the loop, explaining the process, and offering thoughtful solutions when challenges came up—which is inevitable with a house this old! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. My home feels refreshed while still holding onto its original charm, and I’m so thankful I chose Riverview for this project.

I had an excellent experience with Riverview Construction. They are professional, highly skilled and reasonably priced. I was referred to them by a bathroom renovation company when the previous contractor I had hired (McGuineess Construction) did shoody work and failed to complete the work, leaving my condo in a total state of disaster. Eli came out the next day, discussed all the work to be completed and sent me an estimate that was the same as the previous company, but the difference was that Eli sent me a highly skilled carpenter to do the work and a highly skilled plumber when needed. They put up a plastic barrier wall to protect my home from dust, they were fast, efficient and truly cared about my home and the outcome of their work- I am so happy with my beautiful new bathroom, stairway, baseboards and kitchen cabinets. Their team came up with a great solution for my cabinets to be able to support my heavy new countertops and the change order was very reasonable. I can’t say enough about this company! I give them my highest recommendation!

My compliments to Eli Orlov’s Riverview Construction ! Buildzoom had given me names & numbers of licensed contractors. I met with four of them and selected the one who asked questions, who listened to what I wanted, and who pointed out existing flaws that needed repair or replacing. The exterior “Face-lift” on my home included new roofing, vinyl windows, siding, and Trex decking. The entire job took eight weeks plus a few days. I was very happy with the main carpenter, Orest, and another carpenter named Willy. These men were hard working, polite, considerate, always cleaned up materials well, and even redid something if they were not completely satisfied. The painter who did the exterior was very careful to mask & prep everything and I am very pleased with the results — it looks great. Eli kept in-touch with me weekly and always returned my calls and text messages. No hesitation on my part to highly recommend Riverview Construction.

You know how contractors are always a hit or miss? They either pretend they know what they are doing, push back the timelines constantly or change their pricing along the way. Well Riverview isn’t like that. I am so glad we have found them. They have done exterior work on our cabin and so much more (replaced window and fixed the siding. They jack up the cabin and leveled it out ). After a few of our neighbors saw the updates, they have hired Riverview out to work on their cabins as well.

We appreciate their response time, how efficiently they work, and how professional they are. That is why we also hired them out to do the finish carpentry on our new deck at the house. They are one solid team.

I couldn’t be happier with the transformation Riverview Construction did on my little space. What was once an empty room is now a fully functioning, beautifully designed kitchen. They ran all the electrical wiring needed for my appliances, hooked up the water, and made sure every detail was well thought out. The layout is perfect, everything works exactly as it should, and the space feels both practical and stunning. I’m so grateful for the quality of their work and the care they put into every step. Highly recommend!

Shawn and his crew are great. Very helpful throughout our kitchen remodel process, and hiccups that have come up they have handled with grace. They stick to the schedule and have stayed on budget. This is the second time we have used them for a remodel project and will be using them again should the need arise. Highly recommend.

Stellar service, Shawn was patient while we deliberated on the specifics of a project for several months, and once we scheduled a start date the work was completed quickly and without incident. It was a pleasure working with them, I would not hesitate to recommend them for commercial and residential jobs, great people who do good work.
