I had a great experience with Apex they were very prompt with scheduling the install for my EV charger. Patrick did a great job with the installation and was very personable and thorough when explaining the setup.

When Apex initially installed the EV charger, there was a bit of trouble as the electrical system from the house was not communicating with the charging unit. I called Apex again and they immediately sent someone out to go through all the connecting steps while on the phone with tech support for the charging unit and found there was a setting for being hard wired into the house that needed to be turned on. The EV charger has worked great since then. It was a reasonable price and the additional visit did not cost extra. The employees doing the service were nice.

I love my plug-in hybrid, and I appreciate the great job Apex Mechanical did installing a level 2 charger in my garage. Getting set up online was easy with photos and a layout of the breaker box where the circuit was added. The Apex Mechanical electricians were friendly and professional, and worked quickly and carefully to get the charger set up and running in very short order. It has been 100% reliable for almost daily charges since it was installed.

Quick and easy, signed up for PGE+. They called me within a day and had it installed a week later. No issues, love having a L2 charger.

Apex Mechanical installed a chargepoint for an electric vehicle as well as upgrading an existing 30A receptacle/breaker with a 50A GFCI receptacle. I connected with Apex through the PGE Smart Charger program. We communicated via text, email, and phone to discuss my specific project. As the installation appeared complicated, Apex sent the electrician who would do the installation to review and bid the project so that there would be no surprises. The 2 electricians who did the installation found it challenging but they stuck with it all day and were able to produce a very professional looking product. The attached photo is only the very end of a tortuous path with high gauge wire. I would definitely work with them again.

Installation was done on time. When we discovered that the actual charger(item was from a different supplier) had an issue, the removal of the defective item and the reinstallation of the new one was also done once scheduled. The installers were very punctual and helpful with all our questions/concerns.

We purchased our ChargePoint Flex EV charger through PGE+. After accepting the quote I sent one email to Apex for a little clarification. The Apex team responded almost immediately. We are extremely impressed with the price, customer service, and quality of work.

There was a little confusion on my quote and scheduling. I was set up with Apex through a deal with Seattle Hyundai and scheduled through the Hyundai home website. It was unclear who I was supposed to reach out to and my emails went unanswered. I was eventually able to resolve over the phone. The appointment itself was great. The technicians were on time, did quick work, cleaned up like they were never there, and helped me get the app set up. The app decided to be troublesome, so it was impressive to see them patiently troubleshoot and guide me through the process. Overall a good experience.

Apex installed an EV charger in my attached garage. The job requires running new wire and upgrading the existing panel. The job was done perfect and on time. Their quote was better than other companies I contacted. I would give them an A+ rating.
