I don’t review people often but my experience with Vlad and his team was too good to pass on. My roof was in dire need of a cleaning before winter and after shopping around I found Vlad to be the best value. He did a great job! On top of that he was very respectful and responsive throughout the whole experience. I plan on using him for any of my future home projects.

The easiest company I have hired yet. We have remodeled and done home repairs in many of rental properties. The owner came and did the some siding and a window repair for one of our houses. Definitely a company I will hire again and recommend!

Highly recommend this company. Although or deck wasn’t terribly old, the previous owners of our house did 0 maintenance to it, which left it frail and abused. Vlad revitalized it and brought it back to life. We couldn’t be happier with the work he did. 5 stars for sure.

Vlad was exceptionally professional and organized. I have a three story house, super high roof. I called him for gutter and roof cleanning. He showed up on time, was very friendly and helpful. Even showed me some tricks and tips how to keep my gutters cleaned afterwords. I will definitely hire him again for all my maintenance needs.

I hired Pacific Maintenance for home inspection in Gresham last month, Vlad came on time and was very polite. He checked everything carefully: roof, plumbing, electrical, crawl space.
He explained things slowly so I could understand. The report came next day with clear pictures.
Price was fair. Only small problem: it took two days to answer my follow-up email.

I had an amazing experience with Vlad. He is skilled in so many different areas of home repair. He repaired siding, trim, windows, doors for me. He is a true craftsman. Specifically, he was able to do a repair on a broken thermal seal on a glass patio door that four other companies said could not be done and I would have to replace the entire door. It was seamless. VLAD was great at communicating, worked efficiently, is trustworthy, and an honest hard worker. It is hard to find contractors that are reliable and stay on schedule. Vlad is both. I would use Pacific Maintenance over and over for future projects. His experience and attention to detail is next level.
