Always responds within in a hour of my text requests.
I have learned especially on irrigation leaks to text him a narrative video or pics.
Last time he was working on a leak before I could get outside
He has over 25 years in the landscape industry, very knowledgeable in all areas, design, drainage, plant materials & irrigation. He is an outstanding communicator.

Eric and the team went above and beyond to create a beautiful dry river bed and garden to enhance our front yard. His communication was great. He worked with our ideas and shared his expertise to pull it all together. He also added zones to our irrigation that is working great. We appreciate they met the time commitments, and now we have a beautiful update for our home.

We've been using Nature by Design for over a decade, and couldn't be happier with Dan and his crews! They put in 30 circuits of sprinklers did the drip lines for over a 100 plants and trees - and that's over 5 acres! He hooked it up to the well we had put in, and they've maintained the whole system ever since.

Their patience and persistence with accomplishing their work over the years is why we keep working with them. They're highly professional, courteous, and hard working. We couldn't have made a better choice!

After a sizeable home addition we had a gaping hole in our back yard hillside that really needed some expert work to make usable and attractive. Dan and his crew did a fabulous job of taking the rough vision we had and making it a beautiful, functional outdoor space. They also installed an irrigation system for the yard, improved our garden area, installed landscape lighting, and improved our outdoor areas in other ways. We are so pleased with the results. We highly recommend them for any landscape/outdoor needs.

For years I had been very unhappy with the landscaping in front of my home. I called Nature By Design met with Dan the owner who actually listened to me describe my vision for the area. And he made it happen!!
His crew did a stellar job and I am extremely happy with their work. He also repaired an area of hardscape, pruned my fruit trees, beautifully shaped an out of control weeping cherry tree, and did some long overdue work on my large maples.
I will be using Nature By Design again for my landscaping needs!
