We recently had our 1 year service completed for our HVAC system and we really pleased with the professionalism that our tech, Brandon, showed during his visit. When I inquired what the service entailed he had a very detailed list of items he would be checking. He went about his work, completed all tasks and then checked in to let us know he was done. He outlined a couple of options for service plans for future maintenance which we are still reviewing. All in all, very satisfied.

If I could leave a 6 star review I would. The guys were fabulous, they just pulled my old furnace out, chased some cats out of the crawl space (they, the cats, got back in but never mind) and installed a brand spanking new heat pump, fan and all the acutriments that go with it! Then they hauled away my junk parts and cleaned up everything even my intake vent in the hallway, now it sparkles like my pearly whites, the ones I have left anyway! Then I was shown all the particulars of my new apparatus and we celebrated a job well done with a cup of coffee. I was almost out of creamer so I hope they got enough. Sorry guys. Hope your drive home was warm and uneventful...I'm gonna go sit by one of my heat registers (it's still winter here)

Brandon was great. He gave me options and the price up front. He also came same day when I had no heat in my house. Will definitely use them again.

Brandon checked my heat pump and compressor and determined the issue was a pressure hose malfunction. He was considerate and professional. It was resolved in about an hour. Importantly , he wore plastic sleeves on his shoes to avoid leaving any marks on my carpet. If I have any future issues I know which company I will call.

People are not so quick to sound off when they are pleased about something. I just had some major work done on my HVAC system by Hendrickson HVAC. They are a fantastic company to work with. Quick response, honest, friendly, and solid work. And they are local. I highly recommend them.

Hendrickson HVAC was able to send a technician to our home right away when we lost heat. Brandon was fantastic to work with. He explained what was broken on our HVAC system and kept me updated on each step of the repair. He only recommended replacing parts that weren’t working and was very knowledgeable.
