Outstanding experience with this general contractor. The team was professional, organized, and delivered excellent workmanship. They stayed on schedule and kept communication clear throughout. The final result exceeded my expectations. Would definitely hire again!

This process, and finding AG Construction took me a couple of years. I had estimates done and I interviewed several other contractors. But none of them seem to match up with what I was envisioning and expecting, on price point, professional structure, timeline and process.

When I finally found Ag construction, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they willing to work with my price point, but they also allow me to be involved in the project.

For a while, I thought maybe a construction company like this didn’t exist.

At first I was reluctant to move forward because it seemed just….too good to be true.

I even went to their office in Bellevue to make sure there were real people there. Only to be greeted by a full staff of people working on all different parts a successful construction company might look like .

From the Permit department, engineer, marketing, finance, estimators construction
Managers.
I worked with someone almost daily through out the project.
AG Construction kept me updated with a calendar, so I would know what to expect on a day-to-day basis.

And all of my expectations were delivered!

AG are a great company, very responsive and we are very happy with the ned result. Their pricing was fair and straight forward, communication was a fast and easy, adding/removing items to the "to do list" during the project are not an issue. We did have a slight delay of completion but it wasn't significant.
