I got several calls when I sent out a request for bid from Aggie’s List App in the middle of the night. Rod was one of the first few responded my request. When talking to him over the phone about my furnace issues, I knew Rod was the right professional I needed to hire for the job. When they came to my house next day in the morning, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had the right equipment to do the diagnosis. They were very truthful about what they could do and what they couldn’t. They gave me options for me to consider. I would hire them again if I have furnace issues in the future.

Have used them twice for electric and hvac work - impressively prompt availability. They are also professional when presenting the spectrum of options and their cost. I have not experienced the upselling tone that competitors use, which ultimately reduces trust. They will be my go-to for home services going forward.

I had installed a Nest Thermostat in fall 2018, and my furnace board blew out in December 2018. I called a few places and Rodney was the one who could come. He was super friendly, efficient and thorough.

Given that the board had to be replaced, he put in an order, came back after a few days - promptly fixed it and that was it.

Unfortunately, a few days ago, no heat. I called Rodney again, he came over and was surprised that the board was out again. Fortunately covered under warranty. He tried to get a replacement board the same day, but couldn't. He was promptly at my place at 8am next day with a replacement board. Since this was covered under warranty, he didnt charge a penny (no service charge, no board replacement fee nothing).

Also found out that the "Professional Installation" of Nest I had done earlier didn't have the C-Wire connected, which is responsible for the board blowing out.

I am a bit perplexed by some of the negative reviews. If at all anything, Rodney was very courteous, and demonstrated his expertise multiple times over, about the system configurations and how I can upgrade to an AC unit without needing to upgrade the board etc.

I have OutToday saved as my emergency plumbing/heating and electrical folks. They have won a customer for sure.

The staff member came by the house, not just on time, but early! We had requested service the day before, so the responsiveness of the company was so uncommon.

He was great, looked over the problem of a GFCI outlet constantly shorting. Went from the main panel to the outdoor sub panel to the switch that was tripping to the outlet beyond the GFCI, down my our dock to trace the problem. He found that the PVC pipe protecting the conduit from the GFCI to the outlet was cracked, letting water to drain down the outlet box and cause the short. He repaired the PVC piping, drained and dried the pipe and outlet and tested everything... all worked perfectly. He also gave us an option to do a more long term solution that we did not opt for but appreciated.

On top of everything, I was not home at the time, so he worked with my wife to sort all this out, video taped the problem so I could review it live with him! What ridiculously cool service!

And, it cost less than $400! A great value.

Andrew was super professional and friendly. He did a perfect install for our almost heaven sauna and the wiring was perfectly hidden to the point you wouldnt even know there was power hooked up. Thanks Andrew!

I highly recommend Out Today Home Services. I called them with an urgent electrical issue and they were highly responsive, quickly scheduled an appointment and I found them to be very professional and courteous. They arrived at my property on time, was able to quickly understand the problem and rapidly identified the solution. I will certainly be using Out Today again in the future.

Highly recommend their service! We hired them to fix work that another contractor did not do properly wiring new electrical for overhead lighting. They were able to come out the same day within hours to resolve the problem. The technician, Jinder, was highly skilled and knowledgeable. He walked us through what was done incorrectly and how he was going to fix it. Very professional work and I would recommend anyone installing new overhead ceiling lights to hire OutToday!

We needed to install new vent pipe in the kitchen to substitute our downdraft one couple years ago. Tech came in and without a min wasted cut into the wall installed the pipe, added new electrical outlet for the vent, sealed side wall where new electrical box was, showed me some trick to make drywall proper way. We had estimates for 2-3 days of work. He did it in 7hr flat. We got proper pro for this work. Definitely recommend. It was pricy (for 1 day), but worth it (compare to 2-3 days estimates). Next day we already were painting ceiling. Mind blowing.

Great service from this team over the past year! Electrical, water, bathroom and yesterday, furnace repair. Kiefer arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended the fix. He clearly itemized the costs and quickly procured the parts. Implementation was flawless and the furnace is now functioning perfectly. Yesterday's performance continued the trend of great service we have had with OutToday.

Rodney from OutToday came to our house 45 minutes after I called him. He was very professional and gave me an honest fair price to fix my tankless water heater. I had 2 other plumbers come out with outrageous quotes. He called for parts, found out it was under warranty and fixed it the next day. I really appreciated the follow up and updates from him. I had a wonderful experience with Andrew the electrician. He was prompt, communicative and got the job done in much less time than he quoted. It was a difficult job needing lots of trouble shooting. I would this company again in a heartbeat!

Andrew was very straightforward about the work that was needed and the cost it was going to have. He was here punctual to start the work the next day. He completed everything efficiently. We have new equipment installed and our leak has been fixed!

Very impressed the technician J that came out to help us. He was timely, professional, provided us with a few options for installation and gave my husband and I time to make a decision. He was very quick installing the outlet and had a great sense of humor. We’d work with Out Today again.

Our furnace Quit working at 11 o’clock at night and they were there at seven in the morning and the job was completed by 9:30 could not be happier. House is warm again thanks out today.

Today Andrew replaced our bathroom fan in no time at all.

Andrew quickly replaced 60 outlets on our property in one day!! Andrew was prompt, friendly and professional. We can’t think of how anyone could’ve done a better job than Andrew!

Rod Jessen was great! He figured out a tricky electrical wiring problem that was driving us nuts. And he fixed it! Quickly! Voila!!

Great company. They were easy to book, on time, very professional & respect Covid rules (masks). I would hire them again in a instant and we have used them in the past & the experience was always great. Today we had service by Andrew and he repaired an electrical issue and a plumbing issue!

Rodney and Andrew were great to work with, we had a small problem with the new furnace installation and Rodney upgraded it, offering it at no charge.
