Good services and friendly management

I bought a house that was remodeled by this company. The owner couldn't say enough great things about them. She told me just call them if there are any issues that the garage waterproofing had a lifetime guarantee and it was starting to crack...well she was wrong. I called them and no response. i called again and no response. The situation got so bad that it was mold was going in our garage and I finally got someone to answer and she said they don't do small jobs like that anymore find someone else. I said that it was suppose to have a warranty. She begrudging looked up the account and said that the guy that worked on in no longer worked for them. So? She would see what the product ways so we could find someone else. She never got back to me. I called at least 3-4 more times no response again. I work with contractors all the time and quality contractors get back to you. Sadly the owners of this house paid them a lot of money to do "quality work" They don't stand by their work and they don't do quality work..as the garage waterproofing had cracks in it a few years after the construction. I guess they were nice to her when she was getting work done because it looks like she spent two or three hundred thousand with this company. Now I am stuck. No idea what the product that failed was, no warranty despite the paperwork, I would not hire these guys or buy any spec home from them. They treat you well and then move on...with no warranty or follow up. I don't think they would be in business now except Seattle is so on fire anyone with a hammer seems to be busy.

I dealt with both the owner of this business personally and with the business itself and am unimpressed with both. The rental that I guess is going to be a spec home for the construction company was being worked on during my tenancy. The crew that could speak English and knew norms of decency were still rude and hard to work with. I can not imagine hiring a company and having such a crew show up. No thanks I'll pass. The owner is says one things and does another. It took him a month to check me out of a building I rented and he charged me for the time it took. All this after Changing my moving day plans around his construction crews last minute scheduling. There are many people to work with, this is one group I would stay away from.
