Called to get AC on heat pump working and Tip Top heating and cooling got right on it. My mother is 82 and the 90 Degrees is to hot for her.. Zabari came out and checked things out and found a few problems...He was working on a 45 year old system and found out blower motor was not working ,his hard work and determination he installed new blower and got everything work great.. thank you for all your hard work to resolve the problem...would recommend and 5 star to Zabari

I wanted to share my amazing experience with TipTop Hvac. Last week I noticed my A/C wasn't working on Monday, I kept turning the nest to it's lowest setting but I noticed that the overall temp of my house wasn't going down and sleeping in peak summer heat wasn't fun, I also noticed that the outside fan unit wasn't really spinning as fast as it should. I had a trip to go on but when I came back I was pretty desperate to get it fixed , this was Sunday, because inside the house was practically 90 degrees. I decided to call TipTop and within 30 minutes they were here and given this was about 5pm , they let me know what the issue was and why it possibly could have happened, which was incredible they took the time to explain everything in great detail. The issue was fixed within 5 mins and I immediately noticed the outside fan unit running like it was previous. I truly can not recommend Anthony and Eran enough, I am so grateful they were so through with their work and also that they took the time to explain the issue in detail, because it shows that they truly care.
