Our HVAC just stopped working at night and I could see the temperature gradually moving to lower 60s. Got Hani (Alpha) through AHS and they arrived promptly next day as promised. Hani explained what was wrong and what he has fixed. Was patient to answer all my questions, also shared some tips for regular upkeep and maintenance. It was his second visit to our place in last three years. Pretty thankful for quality of service.

AHS forwarded my request to Alpha Heating and thus I got acquainted with Hani. My furnace was not running the recent years and I was using gas fire place and other heaters.

I originally got connected with Hani after the first vendor from AHS abandoned their repair work on my furnace.

Hani & his small team did a great job of correctly diagnosing the issue and the promptly fixing it. His prompt attention literally saved me from using a space heater in my home while waiting for repairs.

I have since then discontinued AHS and now regularly connect directly with Hani for routine maintenance of our aging furnace. The best part I like is that he is quite available and prefers to attend to work sooner in an opportunistic manner instead of making you wait for an appointment.

In the Google reviews written here, I urge the reader to separate Hani from AHS. The AHS is awful and they try to really delay / deny the work to be done. Hani & his team has been a good find for me and I now rely on them for regular HVAC work. Thanks.

Reached out to AHS and Hani was dispatched to fix my AC. His crew did a good job fixing the issue quickly. I was initially hesitant to work with him due to the bad reviews but after speaking with a few other HVAC companies I am glad I gave him a shot.

Very professional and fast service. - I was unsure at first but I noticed the negative reviews are 2 or more years old (2022/2023) and this was a very hot summer for PNW.

They were able to quickly determine that my AC and Heater had tripped a safety switch.

Hani, did a great job on fixing my a/c in Kent Washington. Fidelity national home warranty called him out and I did initially look at all the reviews. I was hesitant but have absolutely no negative thing to tell you. He called me on a weekend when others didn’t to give me fast service , I was not available at that moment so he called back later and we set up a mutually beneficial time. I would recommend him 10/10.

Hani has been to my home a handful of times since the initial install of our heat pump in 2008, for maintenance and repair, and though the last time was 2018, he came as soon as he was able a few days ago when my heat suddenly stopped working. He is intelligent, reliable, and patiently answers all of my questions. This time his experience showed as he troubleshooted my issue and with a little luck on our side found the source of my problem, while in the meantime explaining what he was finding and detailing my options if we could not find the issue. Hani and his team are professional and I trust him.

American home shield hired these people to fix furnace after i bought house. They replaced the sequencer. One of my elements were not turning on, so i inspected their fix. They attached one side of my 240vac heating element to the 24vdc terminal. This could have been very bad it the wrong thing touched this. Basically if someone was wiring the thermastate without killing furnace power they could have gotten 240ac. This is a small chance but bad none the less.

I cannot be more disappointed with Alpha Heating & A/C work. They were dispatched through the American Home Shield insurance because my Heat Pump stopped working.

For the context, my heat pump went through regular maintenance in June and everything was 100% correct with it.

Right off the bat, Hani accused us of fraud saying that the heat pump has not been working for over a year. I needed to prove him wrong by showing him inspection report from last year.

He found out that the Schrader valve was leaking and submitted request to AHS for replacement. What he also did was submit a request for full refrigerant refill (15lbs for $150/lb). The insurance covers $10/lb, so that ends up being $1,950 just for that out of pocket for me.

I declined the out of pocket cost and asked him if he can replace the valve and I will find someone cheaper to refill it. He declined saying that he cannot do partial job.

I called for a second opinion, hoping they can replace the valve and refill the unit cheaper than my out of pocket cost that was proposed by Alpha Heating & A/C.

Unfortunately, when we were doing a walkthrough around the unit with second contractor, we found the Schrader valve that was supposedly not replaced. Because of that, the second company declined the repair because they were afraid that the unit has been tampered with. They also said that the unit was completely drained from refrigerant and that it's not possible for the full refrigerant to leak between June (when I had a maintenance) and August when it stopped working. They said that what should have been done was to just top it off with refrigerant/reuse the one was in the unit after doing leak test.

I had an issue with my furnace shutting down randomly and then not turning on at all, though sometimes it would work just fine. I called Bala from this company, and he was super helpful in quickly arranging a service call with Maxim.

Maxim showed up right on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the root cause of the problem immediately, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. He also gave me great insight into how my current system is set up and walked me through my options for adding an AC unit later on if I decide to upgrade.

Overall, it was a very positive experience with affordable prices. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work!

Came home from a trip with a broken furnace on one of the coldest winter days in Bellevue, with two little babies freezing. We called multiple vendors nearby and not only did Capacitor have the best rate but also the fastest response time in a Sunday morning. Within a few hours, we had a technician on site and furnace repaired! Highly recommended!!!!

Bala and the team is professional. Bala has visited our place to give me quote on HeatPump and furnace installation. Even though we haven't used their service yet, I found them to be professional, courtesies and reasonable to work with.

Capacitor Heating Cooling and Appliance.came in diagnosed the problems with my dishwasher amd refrigerator. Both only 5 years old. Both were fixed in a couple of hours. Amazing professional service from the men. Very caring. Very intelligent. He also went above and beyond and cleaned my furnace showing me how to clean it for safety. I am a single Mom. A full time Nurse And could not afford new appliances! They were so honest amd the cost was very fair. Saved me thousands.
