Janitorial reviews in Bellevue, Washington

Super impressed with how responsive and easy to work with Rainier Cleaning has been. Any request I’ve made has been handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly. It’s nice working with a cleaning company that actually follows through. Our office is in Bellevue and they provide the janitorial, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning.

Now your turn, will see.

You wait for a few minutes to get out of a parking spot with your turn signal on the light turns red and people start backing up to the light and you just hope against hope that one driver will have a shred of human decency and let you exit your parking spot and enter traffic.
The pilot of a commercial van emblazoned with this company's logo was the guy who wouldn't let me enter traffic after the second light cycle. License plate started with c145. Don't know how their janitorial services are. What is interesting is that almost all of them seem to be from their staff. I only see two from customers.

Carlos and his team did a great job on our moving out cleaning. We are in a rush to leave town, left a lot of trash and stuff that we could not take with us. Carlos took care of everything, leave the house cleaned and ready for the realtor to take pictures and list our house. He is very trustworthy and honest and very reasonable price. I would recommend him if you have any cleaning jobs. Carlos thank you so much, I really appreciate you and your team hard work.

We had a move-out clean done at my mom’s house and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were able to fit us in on short notice, communication was clear and responsive, and they showed up ready to work.

The house looks fabulous. I paid close attention to areas that are often missed, and everything was done thoroughly—the oven, range hood, window tracks, and even the fireplace glass were all sparkling clean. Some of those were tough areas and they did an amazing job.

I really appreciated the attention to detail and the professionalism from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Carlos is super helpful, he's always available and have good communication. He does the job on time and well done. Highly recommended.

Very professional and attentive to detail for our move out cleaning. We had a great experience with carlos and would definitely recommend again.

I would like to express my appreciation for the service provided. They are always very accommodating and consistently available to assist in finding solutions. Thank you. Have worked with Carlos a few times now and will continue to do so.

Carlos and his team are so accommodating. I get my 4 bedroom 2 bath house cleaned monthly at a good price. You can also have add-ons, indoors & outdoors. They’ve cleaned windows, pruned trees, repair a wood retaining wall, cut the lawn, weed.

Cuddle did a fantastic job. He replaced our mailbox and post very efficiently. He’s easy-going
Excellent speedy and a reasonably priced to work

They were very thorough and easy to work with! The team was extremely nice and respectful. I appreciated the pre-cleaning walkthrough and the attention to detail.

They were super easy to get in contact with, and were super flexible with working out a time that works. They did such an amazing job! Will definitely be sticking with this company in the future!

They cleaned my apartment when I was moving out and left it super clean. They were very communicative and professional during the whole process. Highly recommend!

Cleaned our apartment when moving out and did a great job. Took the extra step to come look at the apartment before giving us a quote instead of a flat price.

100% recommended them. They've been coming to my house for three months now and they always do an excellent job. They are super friendly, professional and always on time.

We use J & M Cleaners for commercial cleaning and they are fantastic! Highly recommend. Family business and so kind!
