The district manager, Dylan, was so responsive after my business had a potential exposure to Covid-19. The staff was able to get in and clean our office that very night. They offer multiple cleaning options that were perfect for even the most delicate areas of our office. Affordable and thorough work. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much!!

We found ESR through a Google search to have someone local install a live roof on a new addition to our house in Redmond, rather than having the roofing shipped to us and install it ourselves. We're so glad we did! The ESR staff (especially Damon and Jensen) were friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to work with them. They responded quickly by phone and email, were able to adapt plans when needed, and went beyond our expectations. The live roof looks fantastic and is exactly what we wanted. The installation was done without fuss, and they fully cleaned the worksite afterwards. I can't recommend them enough, and we'll be engaging them for more roofing and guttering work in 2017. Thanks!

Thanks to David and his great crew!! First, when we called with concern about a roof leak,
the response was prompt. David examined and reported back to us in detail, explaining
where the leaks were and the general health of our aging roof and skylights which had lasted ten years
beyond its expiration date. David was helpful, informative and low key/no pressure. He brought shingle samples and discussed pros and cons of a the different options. He provided a prompt itemized estimate, and there have been no hidden costs or surprises. We decided to go ahead, a time was scheduled, and we were kept informed about weather contingencies. The crew was excellent. (Our neighbors commented on the work ethic they observed thru the days.) Clean up was thorough. And we are really pleased with how the roof and gutters look. We highly recommend Element Smart Roofing.
