Reviews of local pros in Bellevue, Washington

Omar and his team did an amazing job replacing my water main! This was my first time having to deal with a major home repair and I talked with about ten other companies before choosing Master Bore. I found out that most other plumbing companies do not specialize in boring because it is difficult and requires highly specialized equipment.

Master Bore had the best blend of skill, knowledge, responsiveness, communication, quality materials, advanced equipment, and competitive pricing. The whole crew was friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend them if you need a trenchless utility replacement.

Omar and his team were great from the start. We hadn't had water for days trying to get someone to come out. After talking to several other local options for a trenchless water line repair we were relieved once we talked to Omar. His friendly demeanor and customer service were excellent and a welcome change. He and his crew were friendly, responsive, professional and very neat. Omar was also very helpful in working with my insurance. We're learning it's rare to find a contractor and crew as good as Omar and Master Bore. Highly recommend. Thanks!
