I can't speak highly enough about Walt's Plumbing. He was helpful on the phone, came out when he said he would, fixed the issue and told me I didn't need to install the new fixture I had purchased. No sticker shock which was refreshing. I would give this business 10 stars and recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality, no bs, old school plumber. THANK YOU!

Sure Walt may not be a sweet talker. But we are reviewing a GREAT plumber here.

Two data points to share:

1. He replaced a T shaped section of copper pipes for me that was leaking in the crawl space in 1.25 hours total. Excellent quality.

2. He turned down additional jobs from me I order to get to another appointment on time.

I think I have found my go to plumber.

Walt is just great at his job with lots of knowledge and experiences.

I had him fixed my running toilets and replaced my leaked garbage disposal. The work was done fast and nicely both timed and the price are just very reasonable (I might consider it low these days with plumbers).

Highly recommend and will call Walt again if I run into any plumbing issues (hopefully not!)

I am recommending Walt's service to anyone who are looking for a reasonable price and excellent service. I asked him to install a PRV.
He came and said he can do it. He told me the total cost and how he would do. I cannot 100% understand what he is talking about on the service, but I can tell he knows how to do it correctly. My dad knows some plumbing work, and he says Walt's work is very professional and nice. Also, we ask him to repair our backyard leaking faucet. He fixed it in a very efficient and economic way, and he did not charge us for any small parts he used. Also, Walt's price is very very reasonable and affordable, compared to the price I was offered from another plumber company. I am happy I choose the correct technician to help us.

Called many times, a plumber picked up, blurred on the phone saying $89 is what was advertised for unclogging and quickly hang up before I could speak. Didn’t understand all he blurred so I called again asking him to speak a little slower and if there is another number I can call to schedule a job. Every time, he told me he is at a job and blamed me for not understanding what he said and hang up before I could speak. The last time when he picked up, I asked him “whom I should call to schedule a job?” He replied “I told you I am busy and had no time” and hang up on me. He may be technically good, but definitely not the way he treat a potential customer!

You will not find a more efficient, honest down to earth plumber than those At Walt's. They came out and did a job, under an hour, for a couple hundred bucks. Beacon Plumbing quoted $4800 only an hour earlier, probably spent as much time writing up the quote as Walt spent doing the work. I just needed a shower valve serviced. The wall was wide open, all the pipes were present. Easiest thing you could do.

Walt came to help me TWICE with a broken water line to the house. I followed his good advice the 2nd time. All good since then.

Farid has been a phenomenal asset to our company. He always arrives promptly, and has a professional, friendly attitude. He thoroughly explains the problem and possible solutions before performing the service to make sure we have a full understanding and are comfortable moving forward. I can not recommend his services enough!!!! Thank you Farid.

Farid and team are great. We've used them a few times for various fixes to our new house, and they've been responsive, courteous, efficient, and most importantly, trustworthy. We've had to install a new sink and water heater, fix pipes in crawlspace, and find irrigation valves for our sprinkler system and haven't had an issue. Farid even came out on a weekend when he was off the clock to diagnose a problem, and when he wasn't able to fix it until he got parts the next day, refused payment for his time on his off day because he didn't fix the problem. Pretty incredible example of great customer service. I highly recommend.

We have been very happy when using Washington Rooter. We have multiple tenants and have dealt with two backed up kitchen sinks and both times we were very pleased with the outcome when using Washington Rooter. They were able to come out quickly and get the job done in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended!

Took care of an overflowing yard drain with same day service. Very flexible with meeting time and right on time with texts. Also about 35% less $ than other quote. Happy customer.

Farid and his partner were prompt, professional, efficient, and took care of our clogged pipe successfully. The estimate was honored and their were no surprises; price was fair and $200 less than another quote I received. Highly recommended! I will call them again if the need arises.

We have used services from Washing Rooter couple of times. Farid is very professional and have a good response time and replied even on Sunday. Last we had him replace our water heater and he got this done in no time at all to keep hot water running for us particularly in winter time. He knows his job pretty well and does follow-up call to make sure we are happy with the services provided. I would definitely recommend him for any kind of plumbing job. He is always on our speed dial for any future needs.

Washington Rooter communicated very well through out process. Technician came out at the time they said they would. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Very pleasant Technician too. Very happy with service.

We had a nasty plugged sewer line between our house and our septic tank. Farid came out ASAP on a Saturday. He listened, then got to work and fixed the stinky issue. He told us the charge up front (which wasn’t cheap, but probably about right) and didn’t charge an extra weekend rate. I would definitely call him again if I need a Plummer.

The service and follow up were outstanding. On calling the owner immediately responded and sent someone to install a new garbage disposer. When I had a problem related to the kitchen drain in the following week, they sent their crew right away to look at the issue and although it was not related to the installation they fixed it at no cost. The service people were professional and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with this them and I would strongly recommend them for their work ethic and responsiveness.

This is my second time calling Farid. Last time was in 2020. Both times we needed a drain cleared. Our utility sink filled up with some gunk and water. It stunk and it was after hours. Everyone else I called was either not available or was going to charger $700 or more.

Turns out it was due to how we use our garbage disposal. He helped us understand that we needed to let the water run for longer after running the disposal so the food can be carried down the drain further. Since it's the second time in 4 years, we’re going to have it hydro jetted.

Farid is our go to guy. Highly recommend him.

I had water pipe leak this winter, the plumber provided very fast service to help me saving my home, more than that, he stopped by twice at same day to help me with a new leaking issue. Farid explained the kitchen line and sewer line how they are connected, showed the grease in kitchen line and some roots in sewer line, cleaned both of them using hydro jet and showed the cleaned lines. He was very patient in explaining everything, I was delayed by 20 mins and he waited for me. Price was cheaper compared to other companies. Overall 5 star experience.

Very professional and quick fix for my kitchen sink problem. Cirous was our plumber and he was not only very punctual but fast. Figured out what the problem was and fixed it in less than half an hour. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you or your loved ones might have! Thanks again! :)
