Honest and responsible!!
Seattle Heating and Cooling installed new Ductless mini split system for us. Great experience from the beginning. First of all Serhei sent us a quote 15 minutes after the appointment and price was so affordable for us. Second, team came on time and finished installation for one day. And third, they always answered the phone.
Highly recommend!

Good experience with Seattle Heating and Cooling. Their team installed a ductless mini split system for our house back in September and we are very satisfied. First of all because it’s a Mitsubishi ductless system, second that is the process from estimate to the end of installation. Very smooth, no miscommunications, punctual and fast. Want to say thank you to lead manager Serge who is extremely polite and patient to customer needs.

Our old furnace stopped working and we could not find an HVAC company that would do an emergency replacement. We contacted Seattle Heating and Cooling, received a competitive quote and got our new gas furnace installed the same day. Highly recommend their services! The techs were Professional and cleaned up after themselves. Will contact them for an AC come summer time!

Seattle Heating and Cooling cares about the customer. Called few places to schedule a repair service for my gas furnace because it stopped working but most of hvac companies recommended me to replace it. After I called with Seattle heating and Cooling the dispatcher was extremely attentive and understood the EMERGENCY of my request and was able to schedule an appointment at the same day. Technician showed up 2 hours later and fixed my gas furnace without trying to sell new one. I really appreciate honest service!

Excellent installation job! Very happy with our new Mitsubishi mini split heat pump. Quiet and powerful. Also want to mention that estimator Serge is very knowledgable. He explained everything, answered all our questions and provided 3 proposals. We decided to install Mitsubishi system. Seattle Heating and Cooling were able to schedule an installation 3 days after in-person estimate. Team is so professional, they were able to finish an installation for one day and cleaned after themselves. Highly recommend ! 5 Star!

I live in West Seattle. Seattle hvac installed a new ductless mini split system for us last week. I initially met with Serge who gave me a quote on the system installation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a clear quote. There were no hidden fees. He always timely responded to all my emails. Installers did a great installation. They were friendly and completed the install in less than a full day and left ZERO mess.

Seattle Heating and Cooling is great team!!! First experience we had when we scheduled maintenance service for our furnace. Technician was very knowledgeable, he checked all connections, replaced air filter and tested carbon monoxide detectors and explained WHY it’s important to test. We were positively impressed. So later we decided to choose Seattle Heating and Cooling for heat pump installation. Came on time, installed for one day, scheduled city inspection 2 days after. Professional and very responsible company. GOOD JOB!!!

Beginning with Serge on the Furnace diagnostic call his explanation of our situation was clear and straightforward, he provided multiple solutions with all important details and we decided to go install new equipment. The replacement of gas furnace went smoothly as promised. Team leader answered all my questions and kept me informed of what was happening. Next day office called us to follow up and a week after as well. Very positive feelings. 10 out of 10 =)

I recently needed a new furnace and heat pump for my 80‑year‑old house, and Seattle Heating and Cooling exceeded every expectation. Richard provided the estimate and was incredibly thorough—he took the time to explain everything clearly, and his quote was right in line with the others I received.

The installation team, Kyryl and Viktor, were truly exceptional. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with harder‑working professionals. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly take pride in their craft. Their work ethic was remarkable, and they treated my old house with great care.
