Reviews of local pros in Bellevue, Washington

A positive experience in every way - - communication, scheduling, competitive pricing, a thorough and efficient job, very pleasant and diligent worker (thanks, José). Cleaned all the fir and cedar debris from the house roof and garden shed - - left the yard and patio in great condition at the end. This is one company I won't hesitate to use again or recommend to others. Yes, the outstanding reviews are well-deserved.

Pro Care has cleaned off our condo roof and gutters for the past 2 years and we appreciate their service and attention to detail. Our roof was covered with cedar and Doug fir needles and they did a thorough job cleaning it off and also removing the debris from our yard. The service tech arrived on time and was very nice and efficient with his time. Highly recommend this company!

I have been maintaining my roof for more than 20 years but now that I am 80 I decided to seek some professional help. Boy am I glad I chose Pro Care Inc.. The engagement process was simple, quick and efficient. They allowed me to select a day that worked for me and they gave me an arrival window for their technician. He arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards. The results were significantly better than my amateurish efforts. I am a satisfied customer and I have already recommended Pro Care to my neighbor. Thank you for a job well done.

From scheduling to actual service, prompt, friendly service. Very responsive. Our technician did an excellent job, even cleaned up leaves all the way down the deck and the yard next to it. All the moss was cleaned up and my roof and gutters look perfect now. At the end of the service nothing looked out of place! Price is reasonable too.

My home has two large, amazing trees which create lots of leaves dropping to the roof in the fall. They can tend to also clog gutters and downspouts. Needed to find a new service and hadn't yet had annual cleaning done when a torrential rain a couple of weeks ago, sheeting off the roof in one area and bypassing the downspouts, created a sense of urgency. Found Pro Care online, with lots of great reviews and gave them a call. They returned the call promptly and were able to do the cleaning the very next day. Pricing was very reasonable.

Andrew arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning the roof, clearing the gutters and downspouts and reattaching a couple of downspouts which were partly disconnected. He took photos before and after and let me know my four year old roof is in great shape, like new. Very glad to have found Pro Care and Andrew, to have this peace of mind, and to have a great resource for annual cleaning going forward. Thank you!

They did a great job installing christmas lights around my house. They were fairly communicative, though had to go back and forth a few times to get things right. But in the end they did a good job, showed up on time, and it looks great. Also appreciate their full-service options for renting or buying the lights and take-down and storage. Would recommend

I was very impressed with Pro Care! They quoted for window cleaning very reasonably (half the cost of another vendor). They showed up on time with a professional cheerful technician who did his job admirably. Our glass windows look great. Would definitely hire again for Eddie Wang State Farm agency in Bellevue!

Jenny L came with one other colleague to do a move out clean for my home. They went above and beyond and were so kind and easy to communicate with. The home looks great and I feel great not having that stress on my shoulders anymore!

Easy to work with. Quickly scheduled. House looked great after cleaned.

Absolutely amazing service! Arrived on time and made the house look spotless. We initially signed up for one deep cleaned but decided on regular cleanings after seeing the results.

The cleaners did a great job cleaning the garage from pet pee and it smells really good now. They returned everything back in place as well.

Reasonable price and excellent service. I highly recommend for your home and office cleaning services.

Absolutely blown away by the service from Cleaners Kingdom! They did an incredible job from top to bottom—every surface sparkled, every corner was spotless, and my entire space felt completely refreshed. The team was professional, thorough, and paid attention to all the little details that truly make a difference. I’ve never seen my place this clean! If you're looking for a reliable, top-tier cleaning service, Cleaners Kingdom is it. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with how thorough and detailed my cleaner was. The place looked brand new once they were finished. My landlord said she had never been so impressed with a tenant’s move out. Would recommend to anyone who needs their place cleaned regularly or deep cleaned for moving in or out.

Got my 2b2b cleaned, they are professional, on time and provided a great 5 star service. Would recommend them for the service.

We moved out and required a deep apartment clean to make sure it looked nice for the next tenants. Kim did an amazing job, the place looked spotless when she was finished. The stove looked like nothing had ever spilled on it, oven and fridge too. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring this level of service.

The kingdom cleaners are a wonderful crew to work with. There is something about walking in your own home and it feels clean & smells clean.
Well done Wendy and David.

Kimberly, who came to clean our place was very respectful and kind. She cleaned our place fast and I liked her service. She is a good person and trustworthy.

Rene was wonderful, so friendly and helpful and she did an amazing job on our move out clean! She made this process so easy for me and I could not be more grateful! Would definitely use this service again.

Pamella and her amazing team, Linda and Joanna, did a fantastic job cleaning our home! They were professional, thorough, and incredibly efficient. Every room sparkled, and their attention to detail was impressive.
