Reviews of local pros in Bellevue, Washington

Was advertized as a deep cleaning/ move out cleaning and after being involved in several move out/ unit turns, I was expecting higher quality work for what we received. When I addressed this with the representative I was gaslit, telling me that I was confused about the meaning of move out cleaning. I was expecting more from Purple Maids, considering the fact they had a 4.9 overall review. Would not use again, nor would I recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of using The Purple Maids cleaning service, and I am thoroughly impressed with their work. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The manager reached out to me yesterday and promptly she schedule an appointment, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service.
Today was the day of the cleaning, the team arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to every detail, leaving my house spotless and fresh. It was clear that they take pride in their work and strive for excellence.
After the cleaning was completed, the manager followed up with a call to ensure I was satisfied with the service. This level of care and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
Overall, The Purple Maids exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality cleaning service. Thank you for making my home shine!

Just had my first deep cleaning service with Purple Maids, and I am thrilled! My place looks and smells so fresh and clean. Only regret is I wish I started with them sooner!

I cannot say enough about this family run company. The appointment process was easy, they listen to your needs and schedule when and what you want done. Brittany came right on time, was so nice and my house is sparkling! I am one pleased customer! Thanks again.

I’ve been using Purple Maids every two weeks for about a year and my experience has been great throughout. Zoila does an AMAZING job - incredibly thorough, careful, and always friendly. Communication with the company is easy and I’ve not had issues on the rare times I’ve needed to shift cleaning dates. Highly recommend!

I’m a case manager in Seattle. We hired French Touch Cleaning LLC to help clean a couple client units at my job. The team was very thorough, quick and respectful of my client’s space. The price was also very reasonable, which we appreciated as a non profit. I’m happy, my clients are happy and the property managers are happy! We very much look forward to working with Alicia and her team in the future!

Highly recommend French Touch Cleaning in Seattle! ✨

Alicia and her team did an absolutely amazing job! They were super friendly, incredibly detail-oriented, and worked surprisingly fast.
They even tackled the toughest spots — like the inside of my oven — and made them look brand new again. Every corner of my home was spotless by the time they finished.
Pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommend French Touch Cleaning！
