Arbri and Alex are extremely helpful and honest. Even though we decided to hold off on our siding project, Arbri suggested that we wait to paint our house until we replaced our siding, since it would be a waste of money. He had our best interests in mind, regardless if we hired him or not. He also suggested that we get multiple quotes from other companies. I will be keeping all this in mind once we decide to move forward with our siding project.

Arbri was very professional and friendly. He stated that he didn’t want to sell me something I didn’t need ( which I respect- it is hard to find honest people). He was extremely helpful and provided a excellent solution for the problem with my home for no cost. When I ready to replace the siding on my home, I will contact Arbri and his team in the future.

Worked with Arbri to replace a few pieces of siding and install a few pieces of exterior door trim. Arbri and his team truly care about quality and were an absolute pleasure to work with. We'd absolutely use them again for similar projects in the future.

Arbri provided excellent service and communication helping me fix a siding project for a residence in Ballard. I would certainly recommend his work to anybody moving forward. Being in the real estate industry myself, I hope to work with him again on future projects.

TL;DR
I used this company to rebuild my stucco chimney with James Hardie Board, their job is so amazing and professional. It was not only their job but also the entire process experience was so awesome/transparent. They also guarantee life time leak free labor.

Top notch work, communication, punctuality, and professionalism. Arbri and team make you feel a part of the project every step of the way so you are comfortable and so decisions are made as a team. They did a fabulous job repairing and staining cedar siding on my home in West Seattle (3 floors/stories up). Having dealt with another siding contractor in Seattle, I can attest that it's comforting working with a team such as Arbri's that comes to your project with confidence in their experience, confidence in what should be done and a calming nature in their ability to fix your issue back to new. I highly recommend working with this 5 star team.

Albri and his crew did a wonderful craftsman like work on the outside of my home following the need of our plumber who had to cut into the outside wall to access pipes that had broken.

Albri even warned me about the pipes still leaking on the 1st day he and his crew were supposed to start work! He would NOT start work unless things were right with the pipe and I totally appreciate that.

Albri is a funny and honest fellow who clearly takes pride in the work he takes on. We definitely found the right company to help us with our outside wall and siding needs.

Modern exterior Solutions have impressed us with their work. Their professionalism, honesty and quality. They are willing to make a long winded and scary project fun and easy to cope with. We changed the siding on our whole house (3,000 SF) and they were able to do it in a timely manner. The thing I loved about them, is how honest they are, they show you other materials that companies use from James Hardie, but it is not the top quality, they use only top quality to uphold their lifetime warranty against any leaks. Arbri and Alex are phenomenal and fun to work with! We recommend them to anyone! We are already recommending them to friends around town.
