Arbri and Fernando did an excellent job repairing our window frames. They were prompt, responsible, and detail-oriented. I really appreciate that they always answer my calls and quickly take care of any issues. Everything was finished on time. Highly recommend!

Arbri of Modern Exterior Solutions just completed the cedar siding of our home, and it is exquisite, so I am taking the time to write this review for a company that deserves it.

Arbri has a remarkable eye for detail and aesthetic and offers excellent suggestions. I would say that Arbri's an artist at what he does and is committed to being the best in his field. Truly. The end result for us is that our house looks so much better than I ever imagined it to be (and that's saying something, because I'm the designer).

Regarding quality, I appreciated just how attentive Arbri was to any possible areas of water intrusion, because I obsess about such things. He suggested thoughtful, solidly engineered solutions that I am confident I can count on for decades. This is our forever home. We plan to live here for the next 20 years, but I also feel great knowing that future owners will have a gem that is impervious to all that the PNW has to throw at it.

I want to mention that our project was unusually involved. For example, we had massive and enormously heavy windows that we needed to install in difficult places on our second story, and Arbri's team actually took care of it for us. That blew my mind. Arbri's team also painted the house and did a fabulous job -- and I have a LOT of experience with painting exteriors, and I am very particular about prep, primer and quality painting. His team checked all the boxes.

Arbri and his team were devoted to getting the job done right. They nailed it. And... they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

They pressure washed my house and I had my vinyl siding repaired and some of the siding replaced. The siding looked so good, it made my trim look dull and old. I had to have the trim painted. The house looked like new. I also asked if he could trim a tree that was over hanging and laying on my roof. He agreed to do the work and I asked him to cut the tree down.
I'm a perfectionist and he meet my standards. I plan on having him come back this summer and doing some interior painting or maybe install some new floors.

Arbri was a pleasure to work with and cares very deeply about the quality of his work. He identified our window leaks were the result of incorrectly installed flashing for the deck above. He replaced the necessary siding, installed new flashing, and we haven't had an issue since. Would recommend him.

I will update this review if things change, but currently we are having a really hard time communicating with this company. I reached out multiple times from their website and via email. I finally got a response only to be ghosted again via email. If this is how they communicate during the pre-project phase, I worry about what it would be like during an actual project once they have your money.
