My Dad had an urgent sewer line situation one morning, Chris helped right away and finished the repair immediately that same day and even worked with my Dad's financial situation as he has cancer and unable to do his own home repair any longer nor has financial comfort with all the medical bills coming in. We can't thank him enough for doing such a great job, showing photos of his work and sending them to me as well since I'm out of town, and being so genuine with his understanding of the situation. His humanity, quality work and satisfied customers qualify him to be your go to guy!! Oh- And he was completely RELIABLE!

Hired Chris for ABS line installation. Took over a month of rescheduling till he finally made time for the job. Once the job was started tons of supposedly unknown variables kept arising driving the cost up. Once Chris was informed our company was unhappy with his services, he circumvented us and our final inspection of his work and charged my client (homeowner) directly. Don’t waste your time or money on this low quality outfit.

Called Chris and he was able to come out the same afternoon. He seemed to know what he was doing and fixed a dishwater air valve overflow that had been happening for several weeks, as well as cleaning out a garbage disposal water pipe. I would definitely recommend him and will call him for our future plumbing needs.

Really great people and business. Chris came out and diagnosed our septic problem within 24 hours and had a new pump installed within two days. Really appreciated his tips for maintenance and care going forward as well. I will be recommending him to everyone I know out here in prosser who has septic/well/plumbing concerns in the future.
