Plumb Fit was hired to replace our water heater for our rental property. Originally, we agreed on Bradford brand, but at the time of installation, a different brand was installed. i caught it in time, and insist to have the original brand, They did make the change, but the mistake on their end caused us waiting for 5 and half hours for a simple project to complete.
Another surprise(a bad one), is i noticed a big scratch on the new installed water heater (see pictures). I guess they really don't care.
I found them via google search. I saw all 5 star reviews, so i decided to give them a chance, but now i question how trueful are those 5 star reviews from Google.

I have used Plumb Fit for a couple plumbing issues and I would definitely call them again for any other plumbing issues. I found their prices to be reasonable and their response time amazing. Besides the great work, the thing I like most about Plumb Fit are the people that work there. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, caring, understanding and so kind.

Great work and great price. Domingo was my technician, who was great to work with. I even added three valve ends to the job during the day, which were really difficult to change, as the builders did not leave much pipe to work with. I will be calling them again when it's time to work on my kitchen.

I had a need to replace my water heater. Current unit was a 50gal tank (gas). We elected to go tankless (gas) for several reasons. I reached out to a few qualified reputable companies in the area and received quotes from all, Plumb Fit being one of them. From the initial call, to Jason coming out to quote the work to Duke performing the removal and install. I was pleased with the professionalism, communication, follow up and how clean the work was. I highly recommend their work. Any future needs, they will be my “go-to”.

Plumb Fit has excellent communication from scheduling the initial quote to project completion. Mark installed a new toilet for us very efficiently. And he was very personable and fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend Plumb Fit and if we have any future plumbing needs, we won’t hesitate - Plumb Fit is the best.

From start to finish service and communication was outstanding. Jason was a pleasure and very patient when we were deciding. Duke did an exceptional job on the installation and always made sure he respected our home. We were so impressed they are now our go to for any future projects.

These guys are fantastic. I had a brand new vanity installed in my bathroom. They took it right out of the box and put it together, installed all the appropriate connections, plus cleaned up really well. I also had them install a new faucet and shut off valves in my kitchen, and a new hose and shut off for my toilet. I'm going to have them out again in the next few months to update our second bathroom.

Great experience from estimate through installation. We needed to replace a pair of 32 year old toilets, and equally old single sink and double sink counter/sink combos. Joe helped us navigate all the options to find our best fit for our needs, and Sue got us scheduled quickly. Domingo and Duke, the installers, arrived on time and did beautiful work while making sure our water was turned off for the briefest time! Definitely a 10/10 experience.

I recently used Plumb Fit for the first time. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I had a leak in my waterline leading to the house. After contacting Plumb Fit , Jason their estimater promptly came to my home to discuss the issue. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and provided options for dealing with the leak. Their price was very competitive so I selected them to handle replacement of my water line from the street to the house. Their field supervisor Duke came to my home to scope out the project the day before it was to be done. I was very impressed with Duke. He took the time to clearly explain how the work will be done and clearly answered all my questions. The following day the work was performed and Duke along with another technician Isaiah handled the project. Very impressed with both Duke and Isaiah as I observed them performing the work. I will definitely using Plumb fit in the future.
