I cannot sing her praises enough! Valerie is amazing. I have had many cleaners over the years and my house has never looked the way it does now. Valerie pays special attention to detail and leaves my home sparkling. Not only is she great at what she does, she’s just a pleasure to be around. You don’t even know she’s there half the time because she just buzzes around the house doing what she does best. It’s not awkward being there when she’s cleaning, even with three kids, like it has been in the past, worrying about where to go to get out of the way, trying to plan your day around the cleaner. She just works around you and doesn’t skip a beat. Valerie isn’t just our cleaner, she has become like family. She adores my kids and lets them follow her around even though I know it can be challenging. My kids absolutely love her and so do I! Valerie is incredible, she goes above and beyond and even cleans yoir childs barf! That really happened and she didn’t complain, didn’t even think twice. I don’t know what I’d do without her! She’s the best!

I have been using Queen V cleaning services for over a year now and Valerie never disappoints! I have used her for deep clean services and monthly cleans and am always impressed. She never judges either. The bathrooms are always SPARKLING and has made my home feel like a hotel! She also often surprises me with an extra cleaning task she has done and it is always delightful! Lastly, she is great with pets. My big cat is very nosey and probably gets in the way of her every step, but he loves her to death. I highly recommend Queen V!

Valerie was awesome! As a phone-call allergic millennial, I appreciated being able to arrange cleaning service over email and text. Valerie's communication was excellent! She texted us when she was on the way and finished.

She also sent us before and after pictures since we weren't home that day, which were both satisfying and a bit horrifying (the before pictures). We loved coming home to a clean house.
