Awsome service by Optimal! Steve arrived on time and was very efficient.

With the hot summer days ahead, I just wanted to share an awesome experience I had with one of our local HVAC businesses! We had an emergency outage on our AC and with four kiddos, it wasn’t an option to wait for weeks or even days to have a technician come out and take a look. I posted something on my neighborhood Facebook page and was told to reach out to Shawn at Optimal Optimal HVAC LLC. If it wasn’t for another emergency call, he would’ve been out here almost immediately, but he came over first thing this morning and fixed my issue. He was fairly priced and had amazing customer service! He was very knowledgeable about the issue and gave me some good recommendations going forward in order to keep the health of our air conditioning unit up to par. His wife is the one who does all the scheduling and billing and business side of things, and she was so nice and helpful! I can’t say enough about this company. I highly recommend you give them a call for any HVAC needs or for scheduling your yearly maintenance check!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I had gotten quotes from other companies for a new air conditioning installation, and I expected a similar experience: not a ton of information, one number, and a slightly impersonal encounter where I gave the information and the person receiving it gave me a number like a calculator. Imagine my surprise when the owner of the company arrived at my home, asked me what was important to me (immediate cost? efficiency? longevity? long-term energy savings?), walked me through items to consider ("when evaluating the quotes you receive, make sure to clarify who pays for the electrical work" or "decide ahead of time if you want to install a new thermostat to go with your new A/C"), and even offered to vacuum some of the dust that was knocked loose when he took a look at my existing equipment. Nobody else treated me so well, even in the quote phase.

We were able to choose what we wanted from multiple quotes based on what I'd told him was important to us, and when the time came for the installation everyone was so respectful and considerate. They laid down drop cloths, made sure to let me know when people would arrive, and answered all my questions. When they left, they'd done such a good job cleaning up after themselves that you'd never have guessed we just had work done - it looked so neat and clean that it seemed as though the AC had always been there. There was no dirt or debris, and our AC has worked perfectly since day one.

They also were the most straightforward with their bid and financing terms. This was the only company that gave me an all-in-one quote and included in that quote what was expected of me depending on how I would be paying - what was due at day of service, how to set up financing if desired, and what my total payments would be if I financed vs paid out of pocket. It was so easy to understand what to expect for my budget. I felt so secure in their process, work, and reliability.

I intend to work with Optimal HVAC for all my HVAC needs from now on. I can't recommend them highly enough!
