Recently we had a raccoon break in and destroy our crawl space and Terry helped restore all of our insulation and the ruined air ducts, while also going above and beyond every step of the way. It feels so great now knowing everything is completely new and all of our interior ducts were sanitized and cleaned thoroughly by him. Especially since we have family members with asthma.
I have always been thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail. I usually call him to clean out our second story dryer vent for preventative maintenance. He was also very skilled in this situation with the crawl space and knew how to handle the process of restoring it completely.
I will always call Magic- Clean for my HVAC cleaning needs as Ive seen how he does a very detailed and complete job with the customer in mind. It's hard to find companies that still care about the customer but I know he goes above and beyond for us and will call him next time we need service!

Today we had our ducts cleaned. The owner showed up on time and got right to work. Terry explained every process and showed me each step. Very clean, no trace of him left behind.
The invoice was exactly as quoted. Also had him sanitize and clean our dryer vent. Very happy with it all. The ducts are clean!
He even had some really useful tips and tricks.
We will be using his company for any future needs with our ducts.

I called earlier in the afternoon, he was there just two hours later and did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer vent! Before this we had months and months and having to run dryer cycles 2 or 3 times to get even socks and underwear dry. First thing we tried after he left was a load of towels and they were perfectly dry 10 minutes before the cycle was even done! Would definitely recommend this guy and will definitely be coming to him for any services we need in the future.

They respected our home, wore masks & booties and covered our floors with mats, evened cleaned each and every vent. They installed a whole home Remi Halo LED air purification system. They also noticed and repaired an issue with our air intake vent without charge. Really glad we called them.

Terry and crew are amazing!
We just bought a 5 yr old house, that was disgustingly dirty from previous owner, who had also allowed pets to use house as their potty area. No maintenance or actual cleaning had been done. The urine smell was so bad, we had to rip up all flooring. The vents/ducts were so filthy that we couldn't turn the heat on as their was what appeared ro be some sort of biological material in at least one vent. I was desperate for something to be clean in this house.
I reached out to Terry- found him online and read reviews. Hoping that they were half as good as I read.
They were better than the reviews!
He was able to come out after getting off of another job that went over. He stayed late making sure that our ducts were cleaned and sanitized. He repaired a couple ducts that needed repair, explained the process and maintenance . So very professional and courteous.
My newly purchased home disgusted me, but after they were done I was able to breathe in clean air and look at the house in a new light. That there was hope!

Dryer hose install and dryer vent cleaning.
From beginning conversation, on the phone, to the moment he left, Terry was positive and professional. I have an extremely small area for the dryer hose to fit because my washer and dryer encroach on a small hallway/walkway. Everything needed to be compact. Before he started the work he showed me the hose he would use and how versatile and stable it was compared to the standard stretch foil hose. After installing he cleaned the vent. Even though the lint from the vent was pushed outside, in to the grass, he vacuumed the area. He is local and that eased me. Took extreme pride in his work. I wish I had a bigger house with more stuff for him to do because he was an absolute pleasure to have around. Very upbeat. I would recommend Magic Clean without hesitation.

I originally called Terry at Magic Clean to have my air ducts cleaned. I saw his truck and signs around my neighborhood and saw that he had excellent reviews. Upon the final steps of setting up to clean the air ducts, he discovered two of my vents in my downstairs had no suction. He suited up and went into the crawl space to see what was causing it. He discovered we had a world of problems in the crawl space. Non functioning sump pump, standing water, broken and disconnected ducts, bad insulation. What a mess. He took photos and explained everything. And the good news, he could fix it, as this is all part of his expertise. We ended up calling insurance to do a claim. I’m so appreciative that he was willing to discuss the damage with the adjuster, which made the claim get immediate approval. He completed the work needed in three appointments. He arrived when he said he’d be there each time, always cleaned up any evidence that he had been there, and even was cautious of open doors to ensure my dogs didn’t get out. Terry is knowledgeable and precise. I’m so grateful he went the extra step to find the problem, and was able to do our repairs.

Terry and crew were terrific!! I originally called them after reading all their great reviews and 5 star ratings. When I used my dryer, it smelled like something was burning so I got to the point where I couldn’t use it anymore and was looking to purchase a new one since it is 13 years old. I wanted my dryer vent cleaned so it would be ready for my new dryer. Instead, Terry noticed that the fittings on the dryer connection were wrong and that the lint was going into my dryer instead of out the vent. The proper connections were installed and it worked like a charm. No more smell! Then they mentioned air duct cleaning and crawlspace restoration. Since, I also needed my crawlspace re-insulated and a new vapor barrier, I said yes right away after Terry explained his game plan and answered my many questions. The price was good and I had 3 quotes about 6 months ago so I knew what I needed done. They also sealed my mainline and filled in all the cracks. After they fixed my dryer and I could see that they were hard workers, I felt like I could trust them to do the job right. I wasn’t disappointed!! Today, was their 3rd visit. They cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized my Hvac system and then completely took apart my dryer and cleaned it out.They are extremely thorough and very professional. I highly recommend their services. They are coming back one more time to check my crawl space for any critters. No tricks- just clean air!!

Terry and his team did an awesome job. We just bought our house and the carpets really needed cleaning. Now they look almost new. Very professional and considerate with pads and corner bumpers placed throughout the house to protect hardwoods and trim. We wouldn't hesitate to refer them to our friends and would definitely use them again.

We moved into our home less than 1-year ago and as we are approaching winter season, we wanted to make sure the filter in the heating system was changed and that the equipment is operating efficiently. We also thought it would be good to have the ducts cleaned and the AC unit maintained too. We called several places and Terry at Magic Clean LLC was the first to return our call. He was super polite and professional on the phone and in person. The job took most of 2-days, but he thoroughly explained the process and showed us exactly what he was doing, especially when he found things that needed to be repaired or replaced. Sadly, there was lots of dirt and debris in the vents, filters, and A/C unit that would cause problems later on. He even found areas where heat was escaping in and around the heating system. He definitely left us better off than when he arrived. I could not imagine using anyone else when we need service in the future. We highly recommend Terry Durham and Magic Clean LLC.

Terry did a great job for us. His schedule was flexible enough to accommodate our needs. He arrived on time and did a through cleaning of the ductwork. We added additional work to seal some loose duct connections, fix a loose dryer vent and clean out our crawl space sealing all points of entry from rodents. Terry went above an beyond. Terry was able to come to the house on the same day. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
