Plumbing reviews in Bonney Lake, Washington

With the holidays approaching, our kitchen sink suddenly stopped draining. After trying everything I could think of with no luck, we decided to call Lance's Finest Plumbers in Bonney Lake the next morning. Michael arrived even earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. He was professional, polite, and kept us updated on each step of the process. Before starting, he covered the area under our sink and the kitchen floor with a tarp to keep things clean. Michael quickly found that the clog was deeper in the pipe, not just in the trap, but he handled it right away. It was great to see the water draining perfectly again! He also made sure there was no mess left behind and double-checked everything before leaving. We’re so happy with the service that we plan to have regular root maintenance done, since our property has some persistent roots from our maple trees and a long line to the city system. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely call again if we need plumbing help in the future.

it was easter sunday in bonney lake when our sewer line decided to back up into the basement. after calling around to a few plumbing companies and not getting any answers, we finally got a recommendation to try another local plumber. thankfully, their friendly and professional plumber, michael, showed up pretty quickly and got everything flowing again in no time. he did a thorough job and even gave us helpful tips to prevent future clogs. the included 100-day guarantee really gave us peace of mind too. we're really happy with the service and grateful for michael's help. i don't usually write reviews, but i was impressed!

I had a pipe start leaking underneath the slab of my house, which led to some flooding indoors. I contacted a local plumbing company, and they sent out Isaiah and his helper. Isaiah was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the plumbing repair to my wife and me. From finding where the leak was coming from to figuring out the most affordable way to reach the broken pipe, he made the whole process clear and stress-free. Even though the leaky pipe was under our granite countertops, Isaiah managed to fix everything without damaging the counters—just had to open up the floor a bit. I highly recommend this plumbing team for anyone needing pipe repair or help with leaks.

I called this plumbing company on a Saturday evening after I found water flooding my basement. Sebastian answered my call and quickly arranged for a plumber to come out. Isaiah arrived before 7pm and got right to work. Although the exact source of the leak couldn’t be found at first, Isaiah made sure the water was safely turned off to prevent any more damage. On Monday, Michael and his assistant showed up as scheduled. They carefully took apart the sink and base cabinets to track down the leak and fix it. Once the repair was finished, they put everything back together and left the area spotless. The whole team was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Sebastian kept me updated about what was happening and let me know of any changes in scheduling right away, which I really appreciated. I chose this company because of their positive reviews, and I’m glad I did. I would definitely recommend their plumbing services to anyone looking for reliable work. Their prices were very reasonable too.

i had a stubborn drain clog about 30 feet in that i've had to get snaked every year. this time, i called lance's finest plumbers instead of my usual place. after putting in a lot of effort, michael got the drain running again, but what really made him stand out was what he did next. instead of packing up and leaving after the water started moving, he went the extra mile and got into the main house trap. this job was tough—he had to lie on his stomach and reach deep into a pit, digging his hands into a trap that probably hadn’t been touched for ages, pulling out some of the nastiest stuff you can imagine. the drain was already clear, so he didn’t have to do any of that, but he really cared about making sure the whole line was spotless. i’ve never seen another plumber work so hard, it was really impressive. you really can’t go wrong hiring a plumber like michael. he stuck to the price he quoted before coming out, even though he did so much extra work. he’s honest and goes above and beyond. i highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I have been relying on this plumbing company in Bonney Lake for several years, and they always do a fantastic job. The plumber, Michael, is very professional and answers the phone right away, no matter how busy he is. He always arrives quickly and right on schedule, which I really appreciate. Michael can often figure out plumbing issues just by talking to you on the phone, and his work is always top-notch. Whether it’s just him or a team of skilled plumbers, they handle everything smoothly. They take care of the plumbing in our rental properties, our older house, and even my adult children’s homes. Recently, Michael replaced our old cast iron drain pipes under the concrete slab and inside the walls. He did it for much less than other plumbers quoted us, and managed to keep damage to our tile floors to a minimum. Just the other day, we called about our hot water heater, and he replaced it with a high-quality one within hours. He even fixed some damaged water pipes at no extra charge. Michael also took the time to explain how to prevent hard water buildup with routine maintenance. I fully trust this plumbing team to be honest and fair. I wouldn’t think about calling anyone else for plumbing work in Bonney Lake. No job is too big or too small—they really can handle it all!

finding a plumber for home repairs can feel overwhelming, but after checking out the great reviews online, i decided to give this plumbing company a try. dillon came right on time, was very professional, and got the job done quickly. he fixed the problem with my bathroom shower, and the price was really fair too. now i know who to call for any plumbing needs in the future. highly recommend!

i recently got a new washing machine delivered to my place in bonney lake, and when the installers tried to hook it up, they noticed the old water supply valves were corroded and stuck. i called a local plumber, and even though it wasn’t an emergency, they were able to squeeze me in the same day. sebastian, the plumber who came out, was awesome! he replaced the old corroded shutoff valves, installed the washing machine, made sure it was balanced, and connected the drain hose—all done quickly and without any mess. i’ve also had them take care of a new water heater installation and some leak checks before, and every time their service is excellent. i definitely recommend them to anyone around bonney lake who needs plumbing help!

we were really happy with the help we got from michael today! we first had another plumbing company come out and give us a quote. they told us that snaking our drain might work, but they still wanted to charge $450 just to try. we're so glad we decided to go with lance's finest plumbers instead. michael took his time to really look into what was going on and found that a tree root had actually damaged our septic pump motor. he showed up on time, acted very professional, and replaced the pump quickly. he also explained how everything works so we could avoid problems later. overall, the experience was great and we feel confident about our plumbing now.

As an on-site manager for a property management company, I usually don’t write Google reviews, but I felt I had to for Lance's Finest Plumbers. We recently had what seemed like an urgent problem with the main water line at one of our buildings. After calling around to a few places, most others said it was too big of a plumbing job for them. When I reached out here, I was really impressed with how quickly Sebastian responded and the way he handled the whole situation. The customer service was excellent, and Sebastian got to our site fast, found the issue, and clearly explained everything in a way that made sense. They were honest, dependable, and took care of our plumbing problem without any hassle. I’ll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing repairs or emergencies, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber!

I had a major leak with my plumbing system due to a poor installation job. At first, the plumber thought they would have to remove some piping from a tight spot, which sounded like it would be expensive and a lot of work. Luckily, Isaiah and his team found a smarter way to fix the leak without needing to take everything apart, which saved me a lot of money. Their skills and professionalism were outstanding. Not only did they repair the leak, but they also spotted and fixed other plumbing and piping problems left behind by the previous installer. I’m really grateful for how thorough and dedicated they were. If you need a dependable plumber in Bonney Lake, I highly recommend them.

We needed to have our sewer line replaced at our home in Bonney Lake, and during the job, Isaiah and the team discovered an old cesspool in our front yard. They explained everything clearly, and even though it was a big job, they handled it all smoothly. The crew carefully dug up the old cesspool, removed the bricks, and filled the space with gravel to make sure everything was safe and up to code. They were always on time, communicated every step, and were polite and friendly throughout the whole process. Now our plumbing is running right to the main sewer, and we feel confident there won’t be any more surprises underground. Highly recommend their professional plumbing services!

We woke up to an unexpected problem one Saturday morning and found out that our sewer line was getting damaged by a big tree in our yard. After reaching out online, Sebastian from Lance's Finest Plumbers got back to us right away and showed up at our Bonney Lake home first thing Monday morning. He walked us through exactly what was wrong with the pipes and explained the steps he could take to fix it. Even though the repair wasn’t going to be cheap, Sebastian really listened to our concerns and, unlike others, gave us an option that didn’t involve cutting down our old tree. We really appreciated his honesty, punctuality, and how easy he made it to schedule everything. He even checked in with us almost every day to make sure things were still okay and that nothing else had gone wrong. The attention to detail, honesty, and kindness made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

When our water heater started leaking, we reached out to several plumbers but never got any response. Then we contacted Lance's Finest Plumbers, and right away, a friendly person answered the phone and said they'd send someone over to our home in Bonney Lake soon. Isaiah came by and explained everything clearly. He quickly arranged for a new water heater and handled the installation, even though the space was really tight. Isaiah did an excellent job—he truly cares about customers and made sure everything was done right. He showed up exactly when he promised and turned what felt like a big problem into an easy fix. We're really glad we called—it's great to have a plumber you can count on!

i called michael early on a sunday morning about a plumbing issue. he picked up the phone right away and was really friendly. he showed up at my place within about 25 minutes, which i thought was super fast. the whole time, michael was polite and easy to talk to, but what impressed me most was how much he knew about plumbing and how prepared he was for the job. i had a plumber come out a few weeks back for the same problem, but that guy didn’t even check the drainage pipe. the first thing michael did was look at the drainage, and he found the issue quickly. he also pointed out that the drainage was too close to some bushes and suggested trimming them because roots could mess with the pipes. he even offered to help with that, which i thought was above and beyond. i’ll definitely call michael for any plumbing work i need in the future and would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

My wife and I are very grateful for the plumbing services we received. We had several plumbers look at the leak in our bathroom that was dripping down to the kitchen, and most of them suggested expensive solutions like replacing the whole tub or remodeling the entire bathroom. When Michael from Lance's Finest Plumbers came by, he listened carefully to our concerns and worked with us to find a solution that fit our budget. He didn’t push us into unnecessary work, just focused on fixing the real problem. Isaiah was the plumber who did the repair, and he was professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. We were worried that fixing the leak would turn into a big project and take a long time, but Michael explained that they could handle everything in just one day. Now, our leak is gone, we have new fixtures, and our bathroom looks great after just a day’s work. We’re really happy we chose this company for our plumbing needs.

We had a pretty big leak with our water heater at our place in Bonney Lake. I reached out to Lance's Finest Plumbers and spoke with Michael, who was incredibly helpful. He patiently walked me through the entire repair process over the phone, even helping me figure out which part I needed and explaining how to install it. I didn’t even have to schedule a visit, which saved me a lot of money. Michael was friendly, clear, and really cared that I got everything fixed. He even asked me to call back when I was done so he could make sure everything went smoothly. I’m very grateful for the support and will definitely be using their plumbing services again.

The plumbing service I received from Sebastian was outstanding. When other local plumbers told me I needed to replace my entire water heater, Sebastian came out to check things personally and had my system working smoothly again within a few hours. Later on, when I had more trouble with leaks, Sebastian guided me step-by-step over the phone, making the troubleshooting process easy to handle. He also suggested some replacement parts that saved me a lot of money compared to what others were quoting. I will definitely be calling Sebastian for any plumbing needs in the future.

sebastian is wonderful. he really knows his plumbing and did a great job fixing the leak in my mom's kitchen. it was easy to work with him, and he made everything simple to understand. before calling sebastian, i tried three other plumbers in bonney lake, but none of them could find the problem. after spending a lot of money and time, sebastian found the leak right away. there was also some black mold because of the water, but once that was taken care of, sebastian came back and finished everything up. now my mom's kitchen looks beautiful. i would definitely recommend sebastian for any plumbing work!

Dillon and the crew did a fantastic job getting our plumbing back in order. When our boiler stopped working, I first reached out to my usual team, but they kept delaying the quote. I decided to call Lance's Finest Plumbers instead, and they really impressed me. They arrived within a few hours, gave me a clear quote by the next morning, and once I approved, all the new boiler parts were delivered that same afternoon. The team showed up early and had everything installed and working smoothly by the end of the day. Their service was quick, professional, and went above what I expected. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable plumbing help.

We returned home to Bonney Lake and found a hot water leak under our tile floor. When Isaiah checked things out, he discovered that the water pipe was actually in the foundation, not in the slab where it usually would be. He ran several tests to track down the leak, but since the pipe was in the foundation, it was tough to pinpoint the exact spot—it could have been anywhere from the mark the detection company found to about 20-25 feet away. Isaiah recommended rerouting the pipes, so we wouldn’t have to put more holes in our tile floor. He also spoke with our insurance adjuster and explained the situation, and they both agreed that rerouting was the best choice. To find the bathroom manifold, they needed to remove our one-piece fiberglass tub, which meant it had to be replaced. Isaiah had a good idea of where the manifold was, and he found it right where he thought. Isaiah and Michael came out on a Monday, and by Friday, all the repairs were finished except for the new tub surround, which arrived the following Tuesday. Throughout the whole process, Isaiah, Michael, and the rest of the team were very informative and professional. We’d gladly recommend this plumbing company to anyone needing help in Bonney Lake.
