Ihor (Igor) was wonderful. He was patient and very thorough repairing our Samsung refrigerator. He needed to order parts and when they came meticulously replaced and checked things. We are very pleased!

The pilot on one of our burners went out. It being a Viking Professional, I was nervous about having it serviced. I called a few places - HotWire was the quickest to respond. They scheduled to come by within a day or two. Ivhor and another technician took time explaining the problem and followed up within a day or so. They kept me posted on the part order and again scheduled pretty immediately when it arrived. Ivhor came again and completed the work. He was very polite and worked quickly to get our burner working again.

Hotwire Refrigeration and Appliance, and their Technician, Alex D., were great. Alex was quick in his assessment and recommended repair estimate for our 5 year old washer, which was reasonable given the area we live in. Then once given the approval to proceed completed the repair quickly. I Highly recommend Hotwire and their team.
