House Cleaning reviews in Bothell, Washington

Amazing company!! Not only did they do a phenomenal job making our house clean the communication with scheduling is great!! Would 10000000000000% recommend and will continue using their services.
Thank you!!

The cleaning service went above and beyond. It’s clear they take what they do very seriously. We have two pets so our home can get dirty and I’ve never seen our house this clean since we moved in. The took their time and didn’t rush anything. It was remarkable what they did with just a team of 2 people. We will absolutely be using them for our cleanings moving forward and I strongly recommend you consider them as well. Plus, their booking system is remarkably easy and seamless.

The Amazonia team did a great job with my deep cleaning and were communicative & responsive throughout the process. Their pricing is also reasonable and transparent, and the online booking and payment system is super convenient. I’ll definitely use their services again & will likely even set up a monthly appointment to keep things looking good. Glad to have found this small business who clearly cares about the quality of their service!

I'm very happy with the service. They came out and did a deep clean on my home and I upgraded to have my oven and fridge deep cleaned. My oven was embarrassingly ridiculous due to a large spill a while ago and they made it look brand new! :') They are very quick to respond and have excellent communication as well, and the owner is very kind! I'm so happy to support a family business in my area and will recommend Amazonia Green Cleaning to anyone looking for quality work and fair pricing! Thank you for making this mom's life way easier, I really appreciate you all and look forward to the biweekly cleans!!

Had an amazing experience with Amazonia green! Had booked for move-in cleaning and the team was very dedicated and took care of every nook and corner. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful after the cleaning. Also very fairly priced for the service provided. Would definitely recommend them!

I have been using Amazonia Green Cleaning LLC’s services since March 2023 and have always appreciated their high-quality cleaning and professionalism. Recently, I requested a quote for a deep cleaning of a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment and was surprised to find the price was 10% higher than what I paid for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cleaning just six months ago.

When I asked for clarification, I was told, 'the price is always like this,' which didn't match my past quotes. Upon reviewing my records, I noticed the base price has seemingly increased by 50%, even though the extra item costs stayed the same. Initially, I thought this was a significant and unexplained price hike.

After further communication, I was informed that I have been receiving a substantial discount ($90 off) for prior services—something I wasn’t aware of until now. The only discount I knew of was the 5% offered for providing a review on my first service. If the additional discounts they mentioned are accurate, that would explain the pricing difference. Regardless, I believe clearer communication about pricing and discounts would prevent confusion like this in the future.

As a returning customer, I value transparency and hope the company can improve in this area to maintain the trust of their clients. I’ll leave this review up as my honest experience and thoughts, but I’ve also been informed that the company has threatened legal action in response.

I recently had Amazonia Green Cleaning come to my home for the first time for a deep cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed!
The team was punctual, professional, thorough, and very attentive to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure every nook and cranny was spotless.
The kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling.
I’m excited to see how they maintain this level of cleanliness with our upcoming monthly cleanings. If they keep this up, I can definitely see myself becoming a long-term customer.
I highly recommend Amazonia Green Cleaning for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service!

I would definitely recommend Amazonia Green Cleaning to anyone looking for a great housecleaning service. They send two cleaners each time who are fast, efficient, and do a great job cleaning our home. Plus, I love that they use green cleaning products, which are better for our environment and our health. Bonus: they fold the towels in our bathroom beautifully and style our toilet paper and kleenex boxes into fun shapes, just like in a fancy hotel! All of the booking happens online, which makes all of the pricing and services very transparent. The owner is also very responsive on text, which I appreciate.

Highly professional, responsive and on time. Very reasonable price. Terrific results with the deep clean. The team worked very hard and performed what I would consider miracles, especially with the bathrooms and kitchen. Many thanks for this superb service.

Fantastic and quick service. Highly recommend for office and home cleaning. Amazonia Green Cleaning is well run with a very hardworking and friendly staff.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, high quality cleaning service with great attention to detail. Thank you Amazonia Team!

Outstanding service. Great quality cleaning, punctual, and exceptional value.

Amazonia green cleaning took over my airbnb cleanings and they have done a great job!! Thank you.

We replaced the carpet in our home and the project left a layer of dust over everything. We also hadn't done a deep clean since moving in 10 years ago. We booked a deep clean online. Pricing was clear, and we received an email confirmation the day before and a text the day of. The Amazonia Green Cleaning crew (two people) worked methodically and quietly and did an excellent job. You can tell that they actually removed and replaced items on countertops, tables, and shelves to clean the surfaces vs. just dusting or cleaning around them. We paid extra for an oven cleaning and windowsills and it was worth it. The extra touches (bows on the toilet paper, artfully folded blankets on the couch, a fan pattern in the carpet) were fun and the kids really enjoyed that part. I would definitely hire and recommend Amazonia!

This was the best home cleaning job I have ever had. It was a nice team. They were very thorough. My home is clean and happy again!

Thank you for the good service.
New staff members did really good job

I booked the move-out deep cleaning online. Just as another reviewer mentioned, I received a follow-up call from the team to confirm the appointment and to review the services I needed for the move-out. I was so happy when they offered carpet cleaning as well! The service is excellent and thorough, and the team is super friendly too. The communication is very professional, keeping you updated about things and responsive to any questions you might have. Competitive pricing. Highly recommend!! Thank you for your excellent work and services. :)

Excellent service every time! The team is highly professional, with reasonable prices compared to the market. Their cleaners are quiet, focused, and dedicated to their work. Communication is seamless, making the entire process hassle-free. I highly recommend them for both short and long-term cleaning services.
