House Cleaning reviews in Bothell, Washington

I love them! They’re so kind and do such a good job. We have two young kids and two cats, and honestly we have trouble keeping up as we both work. They help keep us on track!

I cannot say enough positive about Roberta and her team! They are very dependable, accommodating, responsible and always do a wonderful job of cleaning our Airbnb. I would highly recommend them!

I love them so much! It is a bit hard to schedule sometimes. However they are the most reliable one and the most clean one I have ever had. I used to use spruce or other bigger company but the people keep rotating and is not reliable as well as quality always change due to different people. But with this company the quality always the same! Lastly the price is extremely amazing for the value!

Love Innovation cleaning service! They are great at scheduling, always on time, and keep my house sparkling clean. Life gets busy and they are always flexible with my schedule if needed.

I have an Airbnb and use Innovation cleaning service for cleaning my Airbnb after each guest. It is really easy to communicate and schedule all the cleaning slots and have a peace of mind of quality and speed of cleaning.
I am working with this company for awhile now and never had any issues and I always got the best possible service.

We've been working with Innovation Cleaning for four years. They are very reliable and always do a great job. Happy to recommend them.

The Innovation Cleaning Service has been cleaning my home for 2 years now. We are very happy with the results! Having 2 dogs that shed a lot it is impossible to keep up with the housework. Innovation Cleaning gives me the freedom to use my time walking and playing with our dogs instead of cleaning up after them constantly.

We appreciate the high quality cleaning service provided by Innovation Cleaning. It is a locally-owned family run business. Robertta and Junior are professional, courteous, detail-oriented, and a good value. We’ve relied on Innovation Cleaning since July 2021 and continue to be satisfied and pleased with their consistently good work. Don’t hesitate to hire them for your home or business!

The Innovation team has been cleaning for me for close to a year now and I’m very happy with their service. They are trustworthy, reliable and always on time. I have tried a number of cleaners in the past and a lot of them tend to not be on time. I also love how there is always clear communication. They go above and beyond and leave my house so neat & tidy. I look forward to my cleaning days because I know I’m going to come home to a neat, tidy and sparkling home.

I have been working with this company since 2015. They are friendly and professional. They do a great job cleaning my house. Whenever I have feedback, they are always eager to improve. Their price is reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

We have had a wonderful experience with the team. The house is always sparkling clean and we are so appreciative of their amazing work. We have a messy chaotic house and they always help us keep it in order - they are the best.

Our house is so clean and looks fantastic after having Innovation Cleaning do an initial clean for us. They are very professional and detail-oriented. I highly recommend them. Also, it was an easy and a positive experience to schedule the cleaning and get an estimate.

Absolutely amazing!!!! Leaves our house spotless and is so quick. We’ve had house cleaners in the past that took all day to clean. Innovation is in and out in 2 hours and leaves the house cleaner than the cleaners that took all day.

I recently hired innovation cleaning for a deep cleaning of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. Every corner of the house was spotless—from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. They paid great attention to detail and used high-quality, fresh-smelling products.

Highly recommend innovation cleaning to anyone looking for a reliable and top-notch cleaning service. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Fantastic service! We have them clean once a month, and they are phenomenal at what they do for a GREAT price. They are in and out in a couple hours which is a great speed for a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house.

The team has good attention to detail, quiet and considerate that we work from home, and have gone above and beyond with little details. The house always smells fresh and clean afterward, without any lingering chemical smells.

For quality and price I recommend them HIGHLY!

An excellent service, I recommend them

Great service. They helped me with all my doubts. Cleaning quality.

excellent service, they did a deep cleaning when I moved into my new house, and since then I receive biweekly cleaning at a good price

DO NOT USE THESE CLEANERS. We scheduled a first time clean hoping to become regular customers and they no-show/no-called us. Obviously, things come up and appointments need to be shifted, but at least have the courtesy to call if you can’t make it. We called and reached out multiple times and got no answer. Incredibly unprofessional.

Professional, detailed, and friendly cleaning company! I highly recommend!

She did an amazing job cleaning my house and helped me get my deposit back!
