House Cleaning reviews in Bothell, Washington

TCS cleaning does a thourough job of cleaning my home on a monthly basis. My favorite part is they text me the night before to remind me of the appointment and they always show up on time. Their team of 3 has my 3100 sq ft home done in 1.5 hours. They are great!!!

TCS was recommended to me by a neighbor and they did not disappoint! My place is shining from top to bottom, and I couldn’t love it more. I even have 2 cats and they were careful about working around them. Highly recommend!

Toledo cleaning did a move out cleaning when we moved out of a 1650 sq ft rental house recently. They were timely, professional and courteous. The house looked incredible when they were finished. We received our full security deposit back!! We highly recommend this company to serve your cleaning needs

My cleaning experience with them was not upto the mark. I ordered a deep move in clean with things agreed out before hand, however the cleaners did not move even light furniture to clean the living rooms. The bathroom interiors were also not done. The quality is not worth for the expense.

Reasons for 3 stars is the fact they were able to schedule an appointment in a pinch. However if you are looking for a deep clean, look somewhere else.

TCS has been wonderful to work with. They are dependable, thorough and professional. I have been so pleased with the level of service and consistency. Pamela is very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.

Pamela and her company have been helping our family keep our home clean twice a month for over a year and we love the service! The work is thorough, reliable and she’s a great person. If you need a hand I recommend Toledo!

But in a nutshell; TCS is highly professional, trustworthy, thorough, reasonably priced and highly efficient. You won’t regret hiring them for your cleaning job no matter how big or how small. Great communication and flexible if needed. We hired them for a move out cleaning and then kept them for monthly cleaning in our new home. We have referred them many times! You are in good hands with Pamela and Toledo Cleaning Services!

I have them come clean my house once a month. They always do a good job. They are responsive if we need to reschedule. I usually talk to Pam Toledo. I think I have been using them for about 4 years. I would definitely recommend them.

Toledo Cleaning Services is a GREAT family-run cleaning service. We called Pamela after seeing great reviews for her on NextDoor. She fit us in right away for a free estimate and we were really impressed with how professional she was, and really clear on the process and pricing. She was able to fit us in and do a whole house cleaning before our son's bday party, and it was such a blessing! They did an amazing job, top to bottom, and at a very fair price. I'd highly recommend them for their services!

We have used TCS for both personal and commercial purposes and they have gone above and beyond our expectations, each time!

Pamela and team are so efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable at what they are doing for their clients.

Every time they leave, it's like coming into a brand new space.

We love TCS and highly recommend for all cleaning and building maintenance.

It’s never easy to find the right people/company to clean your house. Trust has always been a big issue for me, but Pamela and Rodrigo made everything goes smoother. They’re very easy going and hard working people. My house now looks clean, tidy and smells great. I’m very pleased with their services and could totally recommend to anyone who looks for great people doing great work! Keep rocking, guys!

I am very pleased at the quality of their work. They are very detailed and professional. I have tried many house, cleaners and have always been a bit disappointed… Not with Pamela and her family. I only had them do the kitchen and two baths, but now I have hope that the rest of my house will please me again. Thank you.

Pamela and her team have been cleaning my house twice a month for over a year. She is very reliable and professional - she checks in via text each time the day before and is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I have a large house with teenager boys, a dog and a part time AirBnB business, and my house is always sparkling clean after her team comes through. They work hard and don't cut corners in cleaning, and I also appreciate how nice, honest and flexible they are. Today I had a situation where my dog tracked muddy paw prints all over my downstairs carpet. I had planned on spending time this weekend tackling this problem. Pamela hand scrubbed out the paw prints when they came to clean, which was really above and beyond expectations and I'm sure took her a lot of extra time. I would definitely recommend Pamela and Toledo Cleaning Services.

I just had my first cleaning service with Toledo and I’m so impressed! They did a great job and were very detailed oriented. I’m so happy to have found them after trying out a couple of other companies that weren’t nearly as thorough or professional. If you are looking for a great cleaning service reach out to Toledo.

Really enjoyed having Pam and her team come in every other week and clean. Always did a great job and it always smelled great and looked great coming home. It was also nice to not have to be home while they cleaned and I trusted them 100% and had 0 issues.

They were more than willing to work around the dogs and even seemed to enjoy their company. I would highly recommend them!

Pamela and crew at Toledo Cleaning are top notch, A+++ rating. We’ve tried several house cleaners in the past but tried Toledo from a friends referral. Not only are they completely trustworthy, but extremely efficient. They clean our 2500 sf house including windows and baseboards as needed within a few hours. They even clean and polish stainless appliances, dust each and every time, completely remove all furniture and polish our hardwood floors. I would highly recommend (and have to several friends) their superior services.

I have had a great experience with TCS company, I have been using their cleaning service for couple of years now and I am really happy with their work. They consistently arrive on time and are always friendly and professional. They do a thorough job cleaning my entire home, paying attention to even the small details. Their rates are reasonable, especially considering the good quality of their work. I would highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy cleaning company.

I am glad to support this family run business.

Pamela & her husband have consistently provided amazing cleaning services within our home as well as for my business' office. Pamela is highly responsive to communication, and incredibly thorough in her work. It is apparent that they deep clean the house and when asked to pay special attention to a particular area, they go above and beyond to accommodate. They have been very easy to work with in regard to scheduling and have even made several last-minute requests happen. I highly recommend Toledo Cleaning Services. They are reliable, trustworthy, & efficient.

Pamela was easy to set up a meeting with and I was able to get a reasonable quote for the clean within 24 hours of reaching out. Her crew was fast, meticulous, and did a GREAT job in our house. We look forward to our next cleaning.

Pamela’s team was a pleasure to work with for our Deep Clean! They left the house sparkling clean to the point where I jokingly told my husband “don’t touch anything!”. It really was spotless! She was quick to address my concern of using my bleach/ammonia free cleaning products to use for next time. We look forward to working with them in the future!

Toledo cleaning services literally saved me last week! We had a deep clean scheduled with another cleaner and they had an emergency and had to cancel at midnight the night before the deep clean. We had the whole house prepped for the clean (not easy with 2 toddlers!) and a guest coming to stay with us for a week in a few days, and I had been looking forward to the deep clean so much. On a Saturday morning at 8 am I was frantically started calling other companies trying to see if somehow I could find someone else to clean our house that weekend but felt like chances were next to none. Toledo cleaning services answered the phone on the second ring, and expressed empathy for our situation (even though I knew there are definitely far worse problems in the world haha) - and were able to squeeze us in for a deep clean the next morning! They were so nice, efficient, and cleaned the house better than I have seen it in years. Highly recommend their cleaning, as well as their customer service and just all around kindness!
