I had an excellent experience with Kaisen Plumbing, thanks in large part to the professionalism and expertise of our plumber, David. From the outset, David demonstrated outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

During the service, David discovered an additional leak that we weren’t aware of. Instead of overlooking it or charging extra, he promptly fixed it free of charge. David also pointed out damage to our baseboards caused by the leak, something we had not noticed.

To ensure easy future access to the plumbing, the installation of a quick-access panel by David was a thoughtful solution that will save us time and money on potential wall repairs and repainting.

On top of the excellent service, Kaisen Plumbing also provided a $50 discount on the initial quote, which was an appreciated bonus.

In conclusion, my experience with Kaisen Plumbing, and particularly with David, exceeded my expectations in every way. Their service is all about attention to details and customer-oriented. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and conscientious plumbing service.

Kaizen Plumbing Review
After receiving notification of a water leak on our property, my husband set out to get three estimates. Kaisen Plumbing was the first to respond and provided the lowest estimate. They began work four days later and completed everything by that evening.
We were impressed with the saw cut on our driveway done by
Mohammad Ranjbaran which was quite clean and precise.
They installed new Pex pipe and also managed to expose our water shutoff valve for our irrigation which Kajik Zaghian had notified us, had been buried under the concrete. We also appreciate laborer Elias Pezez and the men for all the labor intensive digging that had to be done. Overall a very hard-working and focused team and we were quite impressed with the quality of their work.
My husband was interested in having our shutoff valve relocated to inside the house rather than out in the driveway. Upon notifying Kaizen Plumbing of the issue, Kajik said they’d be back out to take a look at it in a couple days. Not long after, receptionist Suzie also very pleasant, notified my husband they’d be able to send someone out that same day.
Mohammed and Elias came back out and reconnected our irrigation from inside the house. They worked an additional 3 hours to complete this work and Kaizen Plumbing included it in the original bid, adding no additional charge.
We would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a competitively priced, prompt, and efficient plumbing company to service their needs.

The best and professional company that we’ve ever worked with. Our water heater started leaking at night and Kajik the owner of the company came out 10pm to fix it to prevent further damage to house without charging any additional emergency charge . Will recommend this company for anyone looking any kind of plumbing issues and repairs.

I had the pleasure of working with David from Kaizen Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. He helped me replace a leaking water heater tank and went the extra mile to install a smart water shut-off valve as well.

Plumber came to do an estimate of the work required to fix my under the sink water filter system. They didn't find any clear issue and recommended replacing the whole unit.

However, as they investigated the problem, they removed the hose that goes into the system and reinserted it, and the unit is now leaking from that place - when it was not leaking before their visit. So unfortunately they actually damaged it in the process.

After an early morning call to schedule a service call later that day, I was promised a service visit starting between noon and 2pm, with a technician to call when on the way.

I know how things can go, but by 3:20, not a peep. Nothing. No update or status. Diddly.

I called them. They contacted their guy, and called back to let me know they'd have to reschedule for 3 days later.

I get it. Things happen, but keep your customer informed. I wasn't up at 5:30am looking for service for 3 days later.

I will offer that their automated call answering thing is top notch - one of the best I've ever talked with. Really! It's outstanding.

But it's making promises the company can't keep.

I cannot comment on the quality of their work since they didn't do any. Customer care is unacceptable.
