Reviews of local pros in Bothell, Washington

They are the absolute best! The best service, professional and so kind. Thanks so much! Highly recommend!

They did our carpet and flooring. Very professional and quick work. Will use them again for other projects.

Needed to get the carpet stretched on a tight timeline, and they were accommodating and responsive.

Hoss was professional and was sure to call 30 minutes before showing up. We had some carpet bunching up and causing a serious tripping hazard and he was able to get it level (which I didn’t think was possible). He was also sure to clean up, and walk me through each room to make sure it was up to my quality. Would recommend to anyone who needs a quality job done on a quick timeline.

I recently used SafeRoute Home Services for carpet cleaning after my movers left, and I couldn’t be more impressed! They provided outstanding service from start to finish. The team was incredibly flexible, accommodating my request for evening hours, which was a huge relief during my busy moving schedule.

Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning the carpets, but they also went above and beyond by tidying up the entire house after the movers left. It was such a relief to walk into a fresh and clean home after a hectic day. I highly recommend SafeRoute Home Services for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and flexible home services. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

I recently hired Saferoute Home Services for flooring and painting in my rental home, and they did an outstanding job! Not only did they deliver quality work, but they also completed everything by the deadline we agreed on. They were punctual and professional, which made the process so much smoother.

Their communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping me updated and addressing any questions I had. I highly recommend them as they genuinely care about their work and customer satisfaction

We had SafeRoute Home Services install carpet in our home in Issaquah. They gave us a quote and installed the carpet on a fairly short notice and did an exceptional job!
In addition, they helped us choose a carpet which was good quality and very affordable, compared to Home Depot, Lowe’s etc.
They used low VOC carpets and no glue during installation, which was great since we had a baby ready to crawl.
Highly recommend them for any carpet needs!

Outstanding job by this team who performed our move out and carpet cleaning. Incredible attention to detail, thoughtfulness and care. Professional, hard working and incredible value for what they did.

Repaired couple of carpet damage so perfectly, that now we could not find where the damage was. Definitely will be our go-to for any future carpet needs.

I needed a carpet patch to be done and they are quick to give quote and solution. I really like their service. Will definitely use them again

Highly recommend for home cleaning! I am so impressed with this company. I have a large house and needed it cleaned for a move out. They sent one man for the job and he absolutely transformed the place. He got carpet stains out that had been there for years, made the woods floors shine like new and had all the appliances sparkling. I’ll use this company for every deep clean

I contracted Hoss for a janitorial service for a Retail store grand opening and I could have not been happier with the results and interactions we had. The communication was very clear and concise, fair on pricing, and top notch workmanship. I received excellent compliments from the store opening manager on the service and staff that performed the janitorial service. I would not hesitate to do business Safe route home services in the future. If you need Painting, Flooring, or janitorial service than do yourself a favor and give Hoss a call.

Scheduling : it was so easy to set up one with them and give them details either on website or on phone

Appointment: the person who came to clean was courteous and made me understand about the plan and the quote before hand.

Work: it was nicely done and I have no complaints about it. Got the pictures once they finished it.

Overall it was great service and would recommend it to anyone nearby in the area.

Safe Route went above and beyond to make our places look exceptionally clean and tidy. Moving out is already so stressful and it's nice to have someone take care of the cleaning for you. Thanks so much!
