Reviews of local pros in Bothell, Washington

Ion was great, he was able to remodel my kitchen and bathroom quick for a fair price and it turned out incredible, quality was top notch!!! Highly recommended!!!

Ion just finished a small painting project in two of our rooms. He is a man of his word. He came when he promised and he completed the project on time. Feel free to contact Ion of The Construction Compass if you want a reliable painter at a reasonable price. He is not the cheapest painter you will interview, but he will deliver a positive experience!

I called The Construction Compass originally to get some flooring done in my basement. I liked his work so much that I ended up having him do some painting, drywall, millwork, and window installations too. Everything was done beautifully and I am very pleased with the results. He was always on time and communicated to make sure everything turned out according to plan! I had lots of questions throughout my project and he was a breeze to work with. Can't recommend this contractor enough.

The Construction Compass did an amazing job tiling our outdoor patio area! We couldn’t be happier with the results.
Ion was professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. He was also very easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs construction done.

Ion can do it all! He reframed one wall of my house that had been eaten by carpenter ants and replaced the entire header and all. Everything is perfect, from the right materials used to the extreme attention to detail. He also did all my chimney work from sealing it, to replacing the siding, all the way up to the new chase cover. He removed a satellite dish and replaced the roofing shingles and it looks like it was never there. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my house. Easy to work with, extremely professional, fair prices, and most of all, top-notch, quality work. 100% recommend for any exterior or interior job. Thanks Ion! Now my garage looks gorgeous! 😊 (and yes, he wired up those beautiful new lanterns too!)

Ion is the best contractor I could ever ask for. He overhauled my entire house more or less, and every step of the way, he was thoughtful, patient, kind, professional, highly skilled, experienced, innovative, and communicative. I honestly would never hire anyone else after having worked with him. His attention to detail is unmatched, and he takes such great pride in his work--a quality that is really hard to come by nowadays. And his prices are fair, to boot! A true craftsman, Ion has turned our late '70s house that had been neglected into a timeless (and structurally sound) home that we will enjoy for many years to come. He made the place beautiful "inside and out." Truly. I can't speak highly enough of Ion and his work. You won't find a better contractor. Thank you, Ion!

We recently hired The Construction Compass for two bathroom remodels after a water leak and were so impressed that we also had them paint the exterior of our home. His attention to detail, beautiful tile work, and quality work really stood out. He and his team were very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process - he kept us updated, answered our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with each step. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor.

Wrong place, it's nothing at this address

The Unit has interesting layout. Great customer service, and the appliances that came with the place is great quality. 👍

Our oven kept turning itself off so I called Appliance Fixers. I choose him because of the 5 stars rating. Dan was able to come out today and he found the problem and was able to fix it which saved me a lot of money since I didn’t need a new part. Dan was very honest, friendly and professional. I wish I could give him a 6 star rating! I will always call him if we have another problem with any other appliances. I love it when I find an honest and fair person to do business with! I highly recommend Appliance Fixers!

Excellent customer service and response! Pricing was reasonable and there is a 3 month warranty for parts and labor which ensures reliability in their work. Nick was fast, efficient and professional! He was honest and fair in his assessment and did a thorough job checking for clogging and drainage issues and replacing our drain pump. Nick explained the process clearly and was honest in his advice on getting our 14-year old Samsung washer replaced when the control board malfunctioned. Happy to recommend Appliance Fixers for their honesty and excellent service!

Got my Fridge so quickly fixed, didn't event expect such a quick and experienced help. Reasonable pricing and great support!
Will definitely recommend

This is a great company. I called for my gas dryer. They have quality control to ensure their diagnostic is correct and they are doing the right repairs. Albert was prompt and personable and I felt very confident he knew what he was doing. Price was fair and I would 10/10 call them again in the future for my other appliances.

Albert was very knowledgeable and he and his team worked very to first fix our in-wall microwave and then our dishwasher, including taking care of reaching out to the dishwasher company for them to uphold their warranty.
Thank you so much Appliance Fixers, you are the best!

Albert diagnosed and fixed my igniter on my oven quickly and my oven works well again. Thanks Albert. I would definitely recommend Appliance Fixers to anyone who is looking for help fixing their appliance.

I phoned Dan to troubleshoot my washing machine issues. He was available the very next morning and was happy that he was able to accommodate me on such short notice.

He was very transparent about his pricing and knew exactly what the issue was and gave me the total cost up front. The cost was very reasonable and I felt that he was honest and reliable. I am very satisfied with his customer service and knowledge.

I’ll be calling Dan again in the future for all of my appliance repairs! Thank you Dan!

Great service- our washing machine had an error code and needed a new part. We called that night and they had an opening next day. Very courteous and was able to replace the part quickly and make sure it worked before leaving.

Excellent, fast service and a great price.
Dan did an amazing job and brought my refrigerator back to life!
Thank you, highly recommend!

Albert from Appliance Fixers was great! He was able to identify the problem with my washer after a through inspection and was very upfront and honest. Sadly, we will have to get a new washer because the part I need will be very expensive compared to getting a new one. But overall he was very professional and knowledgeable! Definitely will use them again on the future for all my appliances. Thank you Albert and Appliance Fixers! We really appreciate you!

Replaced the glass cover for the glide n serve compartment of LG refrigerator. They were quick to respond and came over the same day that I posted on Thumbtack. They found the correct part for replacement. Removing the existing cover was also not an easy task. They completed this work to my utmost satisfaction.

Great Service. Fixed the loud noise from the dryer. They diagnosed it quickly and explained it well. Had the parts ready. Would hire for sure again
