I contacted GR Solution on a Friday, had an issue with a washing machine. He responded same day, arranged an appointment for the following day (Saturday) and showed up on time and got the appliance fixed. While he was at my house he fixed an additional appliance that had an issue. Highly recommend Val for any appliance repair work!

Needed to replace my oven thermometer, and Val was awesome. Reasonable pricing, easy to schedule with, and high quality work. My oven now works again.

I had a washer that was not powering up so I called GR appliance repair to see what was wrong.
The guy opened and checked the washer and said the control center needed replacing. When he closed up the washer it started working again.
I told him there might be a faulty switch, so if we just replace the panel it should work.
I asked him to send me a quote and sent him on his way. Afterwards, he sent me an estimate with all the options.
Now, I did a quick search on google to see if there was a quick fix for it and it turned out that it was a very common issue with the washer model and there was an easy fix for it, so i got to work and ended up fixing it myself.
The guy didn’t know about the quick fix so giving this rating, else he was transparent about everything.

I recently had my LG refrigerator stop working. Val came out and was quickly able to determine the problem and what parts were needed to fix it. Val provided me with an estimate and that he could having parts the following day. The following morning, I received a text from Val that he had the parts for the repair. Two hours later he was at my house and had the refrigerator repaired and running. I was very pleased with how quickly he responded to my phone call, made the diagnosis of what was wrong, received the parts and made the repairs. I will use GR Solution again for appliance repairs.

We were very impressed with Val who did the repair work on our dishwasher today with getting it level again and draining properly. The service we had before from another company did not have it aligned properly, so it was leaking out the side of the door with leaving a puddle of water on our floor along with not cleaning properly and leaving spotted water on the load along with not totally draining. So with not being Happy with the service we received from the company that 1st repaired our dishwasher just a month ago, I did not call them back and called GR- Solution because I saw they had great reviews and I was amazed that they fit me in for a service call the same day and with the quality service we received they definitely will be our GO-TO for ANY Appliance Repair work should we have from this day forward.....and I give Val 10 Stars!

Valeriy did a great job fixing our oven. He was quick to respond to my website inquiry, showed up the next day during the window provided (including letting me know he was on his way), and fixed the problem the same day (he had the part with him) at a cost of 30% less than an alternative vendor from 3 years ago. We called Val at GR Solutions repair and he answered the phone right away. We told him that our wash machine control panel was not working. He said he would come out between 8 and 10 am next morning. He came on time and did a simple fix. We also asked if he could look at our fridge that was leaking. He fixed the clogged filter and worked in the freezer part. It took about 30 minutes to fix.. Val is pleasant and respectful. I would recommend him highly for your repairs in the home. Thanks Val!

I recently had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator not cooling, so I decided to call the GR solutions. To my delight, Mr. Val arrived at my house just a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that there was an icing issue with the back panel.
