Constraction reviews in Bremerton, Washington

These guys were awesome. Professional, fair, and extremely fast. They’ll be my first call for anything tree related.

On time and reasonably priced, they worked safely and efficiently. This is the 3rd time he has done work for our family and has never disappointed. Will be calling him again.

Moss has been removed from my driveway. Story and crew do a great job. Professional and polite. Will use again

We are very pleased with the cost, communication and quality of tree trimming work from Stormy and his company. Exactly as requested by us.

On time, great cleanup, offered choices before removing branches from ornamental tree, reasonably priced.

Roots did a fantastic job in grinding several stumps on our property.

Roots trimmed several trees that had encroached on our yard and roofline over the years and did a little bonus work for our neighbor. They were quick and efficient, cleaned up every bit of the trimmings and were extremely easy to work with. Highest marks.

Story was great to work with. Was prompt and came to assess the situation for stump removal and was actually able to efficiently complete the job right there. Highly recommend him and his service.

We used Roots Tree and Property Service on 3/20/25. I highly recommend this place. Story and his crew are very skilled and do excellent work. They are also very professional and friendly.

Prompt communication, reliable service. They fulfilled the service exactly as we had agreed on. No issues whatsoever, they even chopped the tree in fireplace rounds for us. We a very happy with their service and will use them again. Thank you.

Prompt, professional and reasonable prices. Took down several trees very close to the cabin with no problem. 5 stars and would recommend.

I used Roots Tree & Property after getting glowing recommendations from two of their previous clients, and they did not disappoint. A more professional or hard-working group you will not find. Story Williams and his crew were able to safely and efficiently remove several very large, mostly-dead or declining trees from my property—some very close to the house—as well as limb up a tree to enhance my view. They showed up on time for three days and worked non-stop in less than ideal PNW wintry conditions (cold rain). They were very receptive to address any concerns—they placed cones to avoid damage to sprinkler heads, cleaned up beautifully afterwards, and patiently helped me move around logs and large cross-sections to enhance my woodland landscape. I highly recommend for your residential tree services.

Story and his team performed some emergency tree clearances on a property we manage. After signing a contract he was clearing within 24 hours. Would highly recommend.

I recently hired this tree service company for a major job on my property, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and beyond expectations. Evan, Matt, Tristian, and Story were the team that handled the project, and they were absolutely fantastic.

They arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to get to work. They immediately assessed the situation and explained everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable with the plan. Handled the equipment with skill and precision, and the teamwork among them was seamless.

What stood out most was the care they took—not just with the trees, but with the entire property. They worked quickly but safely, and they left everything cleaner than it was when they arrived. No debris, no damage—just excellent, thoughtful service.

I will definitely use them again. Huge thanks to Evan, Matt, Tristian, and Story—you all did an incredible job!

After Story and his team did excellent tree trimming work (see review below), we hired Story and Rick for deck work. They did a fantastic job stabilizing our deck, which I had thought I was going to have to demolish. This deck work was stage one; stage two will occur in the spring, when they replace the fencing. I am totally impressed and plan on reaching out to them for front porch work as well. Thank you so much for a beautiful job!

Story and his team did a perfect job, cutting down branches from a neighbor's tall tree that were hanging over our deck and grazing our roof. We had been wanting to get this taken care of, and Story made the project stress-free, with excellent communication from beginning to end. The price was totally fine with no surprises. They are professional and friendly. I highly recommend!

Roots Tree & Property Service did an outstanding job with our big conifer! The tree had been neglected for ages and needed serious care, but Story and the team approached the job with thoughtfulness and expertise. They skillfully removed dead and hazardous branches, cleared limbs hanging over our roof and power lines (even coordinating with the county for a temporary power shutoff), and left us with a beautifully manicured, healthy tree. Their attention to the tree’s long-term well-being was incredible.

On top of that, they went above and beyond with cleanup, turning the smaller branches into gorgeous mulch for our garden and cutting the larger limbs into firewood. They even chipped our old Christmas tree, which had been sitting outside for way too long! Their professionalism, care, and extra effort were truly exceptional. If you need tree work done, don’t hesitate—Roots Tree & Property Service is absolutely the best!

I hired this company to cut down a diseased tree and take out some saplings and brush. They were prompt and efficient. The work plan was clear and they did an exceptional job with cleanup. The price was reasonable, and they even offered to take out another small tree at no cost once I have the neighbor’s permission (it’s on the property line). Professional, stand-up guys. I highly recommend them.

Story and his crew are fantastic to work with. They easily cut down two massive cedar trees near my house and removed the stumps. I am very pleased with the work they did for me. The pricing for the work was very reasonable, and Story always responded to my questions and kept me updated on when he was returning to work. I am extremely satisfied with everything Roots Tree & Property Services did. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal or stump grinding.

If you're looking for professional tree services, this is it. They are professional, thorough, and fees were very reasonable. The job was done quickly and safely. I also had some gravel brought in for my driveway, and they dumped it, spread it and packed it down. If you are needing yard services, these are your people.

Knowledgeable, and friendly

These guys know their stuff. Its a local company, and a lot better than ServPro.
