I picked up his card from a topsoil place in Belfair and he came out and did some cleanup around our house. They worked hard and were very reasonably priced. I will use him again.

Mr. Cruz started out as a reasonable landscape contractor. However, as time went by, he began missing his scheduled mowings and apparently was taking on other jobs to the expense of ours. I would not hire this company for any long-term service work. He may be fine on a one-time job but is not reliable otherwise.

Ruben and his crew were punctual, attentive to detail as well as professional. A lot of different contractors that did not call back fortunately Ruben was quick to respond and detailed. Keep up the great work!!

From the start of contacting this company, I should have known it was going to be a nightmare. They were constantly late to estimate appointments or wouldn’t show at all. When they finally did give an estimate, they over estimated the length of fence needed. We measured ourselves and had to have them come back out and give a second estimate. For some reason, we still booked them to install our fence which I’m regretting now. Upon digging the holes, they cracked into our water line and they had to repair that. The fence itself is terrible. They didn’t let the concrete dry on the posts before installing all the boards. Majority of the posts are now leaning. Nothing was measured and it was all eyeballed. After 3 months, the posts are warping and the whole fence is wonky. I’ve contacted them to come fix the posts that are leaning and eventually going to drag the rest of the fence down with it. We were told they’d show up over and over and they never did and still haven’t. We’ve come to terms that we will be shelling out more money and fixing it ourselves.

Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra for a more reputable company. We have been more than patient and have been continually stood up and ignored. This review comes after weeks of waiting for them to come when they say they will to fix the leaning posts and are continually being no call no showed.

If you like spending money on a less than average product and wasting your precious time, these are your guys.

I had a very large job needed to be done. Got it done earlier than expected. Very clean, quick, and great work done. Pricing was very honest, fair, and they held true to their original quote. I will always use them moving forward and recommend them to anyone.

This company is very good at what they do. I had them come out for an estimate at first to remove all the weeds, crabgrass and other brush out of my back yard. I also wanted them to level the yard with more dirt, build a retaining wall and remove what was pulled. They quoted me a very fair price compared to another company that was a year out and three times the price. The company came out within a week after the estimate and began work early in the day and was done with phase one of the job in no time at all. Working very quickly but yet with quality and care in mind. The crew was courteous and respectful and stayed focused on the task at hand. The owner was also present and working and was very nice and communicative and understanding with what needed done. Phase two was the very next day and they completed everything I asked for quickly and even did a tour to ensure it's what I desired. He does not request money until the job is done as he backs his experience to your liking. I am very happy with the job and my wife is too. Just be patient and trusting in this small business and you won't be disappointed. We even had him introduced to our HOA president to see if he could routinely do work on our grounds. I would definitely hire again and in fact, probably will in the near future. A+++

We hired Cruz landscaping to stain all the shingles and a large deck. They did a great job. They also found some rot in the deck and fixed it for a reasonable price. Very happy with the crew, would hire again.

I've known Ruben for many years now, and I'm always so impressed with his hard work and dedication to making my yard look beautiful! He responds quickly to my texts, always shows up when he says he will, charges a fair price, and goes above and beyond on my yard. Ruben and his crew are terrific landscapers who take pride in their work. I won't hire anyone else- they're the best!

Ruben did an outstanding job on our backyard hardscape project. He helped us realize our vision for a stunning backyard and it is more than we could have imagined. We handpicked and purchased some of the materials ourselves and he provided the rest. The price was very fair and the project was completed in a reasonable timeframe. We would definitely consider using Cruz Landscaping for future projects and we are extremely pleased with the results and see why many others have utilized them in our community.

I have a bad experience. The job isn’t done on time and not completed at all, had to call them to get it done. I’m kinda disappointed.. They don’t have a job when Im hiring them so the project starts early that is great. They show up 5 days a week and after 2 weeks thing’s getting changed Ruben is taken more jobs from other people. So my projects are getting slow…slower and no show until I had to call. Ruben said the house where I’m working at right now it urgent so I don’t say don’t complain, just wanna be nice. And then happened again, when there is any constructor takes too much projects and can’t control quality. That why Im writing here. Cement didn’t done properly. .Gutter is leaked cause they use many pieces to line. Design has completely changed from what I planned. During work Ruben keep offer to do this do that, add more money which it effected on the design. Whatever they didn’t do it complete we had to pay someone else to fix and I did the rest.
