Yeti did a very good job cleaning our roof and gutters and applying moss treatment to our roof. They took the time to listen to our concerns about moss treatment over spray possibly hurting our plants and our Trex decking. They covered our plants and continuously sprayed down the decking while applying moss treatment. Cleanup was good, too. We'll hire them again. Yeti is licensed, bonded and insured.

I had an outstanding experience with Yeti recently, with a gutter and roof cleaning project. They are on time, have very reasonable prices, are hard working, flexible and professional. I will definitely call them again, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job.

Very personable, it’s obvious the customers needs are first and foremost. My carpets look new, pricing is very competitive, very satisfied with this company & highly recommend them.

He showed up on time, cleaned my dryer vent in about i5 minutes, never even came in the house, and charged half of what others quoted. I would definitely use them again.

After the carpet “cleaning” our carpet and area rug were dirtier, smelled like a smoker lived here (we don’t smoke) and felt brittle as AstroTurf. The people at this company are very nice, but I strongly discourage against using their carpet cleaning service. We rented a steam cleaner after they left to correct the problem. What a waste.

We recently bought a home and I noticed more dust than I expected for this time of year. I researched companies providing air duct cleaning. I chose Naturalist based on a Nextdoor recommendation and from talking with Kristen about the process and equipment used. I am more than pleased with the result. Aaron, co-owner with Kristen, provided exceptional service. He walked me through the process before he began, answered all my questions, and suggested what I can do to keep the air ducts clean. I wish all my experiences with suppliers and vendors were this good! I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and customer service provided by Aaron and Kristen. I highly recommend this company.

They're great. Highlights:
1) Scheduling was easy.
2) They were happy to answer all my questions about their process during scheduling.
3) The price was right.
4) The work was good. My carpets look better and while the cleaning product does have a smell, once it dries, the smell is gone.

I initially had a problem with my service and called the office.

The owners wife answered and was very helpful. The owner called my tenants , the work was in one of my duplexes, and he went out and looked at the situation.

He fixed an issue that was at the unit. It was beyond the scope of what I paid them for. I offered to compensate them for the additional work and they refused.

This is outstanding. This is the type of service that gets property owners to call repeatedly for future issues.

I cannot state properly how responsive and above expected the service ended up being.

Great work, attractive price, top customer service. Very impressed. Little water used, fast drying, quiet machine, no hoses. Came back to touch up a few stairs no charge. Highly recommended. We have used Chem Dry for years and several other non-steam companies.
