I hired Fresh Start Cleaning for a move-out cleaning of a 3-bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. Great communication with Janelle throughout the entire process. The clean quality was excellent and well worth the spend. Infinitely better than if I had done it! Very happy with the experience.

I was referred to Fresh Start Cleaning by the friend of a friend who has used their services for a vacation rental in Bremerton. I have had my vacation rental and my home both cleaned by the company and am very pleased with both services. For the vacation rental, the owner worked with me to make sure the staging was right and that everything was refilled and ready for the next tenant to arrive. She did a fantastic job even got stains out of the linens and upholstery for me. For my home, Megan showed up on time, chatted through my expectations, did some level setting about what is included vs extra, and worked diligently until the job was done. I am very happy to have my home in her capable hands!

What an amazing crew! Tammy the owner even showed up to help. They did such an outstanding job. Quick, thorough, and friendly. I’m so happy with how my home turned out and it smells so good. They even scrubbed the baseboards. It gave me a real “Fresh Start” for the new year! I’d give 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend Tammy, her gals and her business to anyone looking for a cleaning service!

Needed to get a quote for house cleaning and they were very thorough in regards to pricing, which was reasonable!

The only reason I can give them a star is that they showed up on time, and my can lights, and sink were cleaned well. I am currently washing all my drawers and cabinets, so many were left with dirt and sawdust I don't know which ones they cleaned. My window sills were dusted I have a nicely scalloped boarder of dust on my sills. My shower was untouched by them. All the windows were left with nice stripes, or spots on them. They came back to finish the windows, still stripes, they also "cleaned a second time," the hardwood floors by vacuuming them with an older Curby vacuum with the metal brush bar, leaving scuff marks on my new floors. If they mopped I can't tell there were still large places with smears on them.
I can not recommend this company.

The owner and her crew are high-energy, hard working, and very focused on customer satisfaction. They did a great job with my move-out deep clean and were proud to show off their work. The appliances look like new! Highly recommended.
