Jim Rogers was very polite. He was thorough, quick, and when he was done, he thoroughly explained what work he had done and results.

When we needed to purchase a new heating/cooling system John provided needed information and recommendations and answered all our questions to ensure we would get the best system for us. The team did a great job installing the new system and John followed up to ensure we were happy and all was working properly. We have used Advanced Heating & Cooling for years and have been happy with their services!

I recently had Advanced Heating & Cooling do an annual check up on my home's older, gas furnace. The two technicians who did the work, Sean and Gavin, were very professional. They arrived early and did their jobs efficiently & thoroughly. I have used Advanced Heating & Cooling over the years for all of our furnace maintenance and repairs. I have always been satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend, if asked.

Dom came and fixed my AC this summer. We would have melted without his help. These guys couldn’t have been more appreciative!

Charles answered the call on a Sunday, showed up and got our AC running again. Now we're somewhere over the rainbow.

Everyone we dealt with (sales, scheduler, installation team) were courteous, friendly, and professional. Communications were excellent throughout. Installation team arrived on time, kept us appraised as to the status of the job, laid down drop cloths to protect our carpet, worked hard through two days of installation, completed the job on time, and cleaned up after the work was done. Excellent work from start to finish.

My furnace quit blowing warm air, and Charles came to diagnose and quickly found the issue. He ran back to the shop for a part to fix it same day, and performed a maintenance for me all in the same visit. Seemed knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions about the work. This was my first experience with Advanced and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Dominic & Sean was very professional. Took care of everything needed and went above and beyond. Went over everything done with great detail and educated me on how to maintain my system properly. I also have to give thanks to the ladies answering the phone, Rebecca and Lauren (hope I got that right). Both of them were amazing, professional and patient with me. Advanced Heating and Cooling squeezed my home in on a Friday. They were so kind and friendly in the phone. Then technician Andy was prompt and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and explained the plan. He did repairs and followed up with parts ordering etc. Overall great experience!

The technician, Andy did an excellent job. He was professional, polite, and answered my questions about my system. Advanced Heating and Cooling installed my heat pump in 2002 and they've been doing annual maintenance since then. I've had many different technicians during those 20+ years, and they've always been the best. I highly recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling.

We had such a great experience our AC went out and called and within 30 mins of the phone call we had someone come out to our house. He was able to fix what was needed and we have an older system I was worried we were gonna need to replace our central air. Thank goodness for Charles Huff with Advanced Heating & Cooling.
