Roofing & Gutters reviews in Bremerton, Washington

I heard about Cloise & Mike Construction via word of mouth and then looked them up on Yelp. All good things...and every bit of it was true. We were scheduled for a 2 day install and they were able to do it in 1 day. Elmer and his crew showed up on time, very professional/polite and cleaned up after themselves when done (even used magnetic sweepers to pickup nails that may have fallen during the process). They did an AWESOME job! I'm very pleased with how the roof turned out and received compliments from family and friends. The warranty that comes with it is great too. I highly recommend them if you need a roof done. The whole experience was seamless and stress free from the inspection and info packet they give you to the completion of the job. There's nothing like the peace of mind knowing that the job was done right and my roof will last many years to come! Thank you!

I recently had Cloise & Mike Construction replace my roof using Owens Corning Duration Flex Shingles in Teak color, and I could not be more pleased with the results. Our roof is quite complex, with numerous valleys and the house sitting below street level, making the roof an essential aspect of our curb appeal. Tony Pinter came to our home to evaluate the project, and he was an absolute expert at roofing. He did a thorough inspection of our roof and attic, pointing out both the issues we were aware of and others we were not. He instilled confidence in the ability of the roofers, and we knew we were in good hands.

The workers who arrived to complete the project were incredibly professional and courteous. Jake called a few days in advance to explain the process and what to expect. Elmer, the foreman, was fantastic, updating me on the progress of the project and answering all of my questions in a thoughtful manner. The end result was a beautiful new roof that complements the body color of my home perfectly. The worksite was clean and hassle-free, and I cannot recommend Cloise & Mike Construction enough. If you need a new roof, look no further!

Jose and Team did an Excellent Job! They worked long hours to complete a home and two structures. The job took three days and required 3 skylight replacements. The day after the completed job there was an atmospheric river and there were no leaks and all valleys worked well. We are very pleased with the work and the attention to detail. Clean up was done perfectly. Communication was clear thorughout the entire process.

Great work on our historic barn! This crew exceeded our expectations by far: Always on time, very efficient, well-coordinated as a team, and amazingly accommodating with several additional tasks, such as making a few minor repairs on two other buildings and removing items from the barn loft. Great work at a good price. Steve (Safety) and Chris arrived to inspect - very friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend C&M.
Huge thanks to the crew: Stefan, Chris, Tim, Tyler, Jason, Richard and Ryan.

Cloise & Mike stand by the work they do. We discovered a small leak with all this rain and Hank and Jason were so great to pop right over and spot what was happening. The got right to work, and our roof is back to 100% perfect.

Cloise & Mike Construction replaced our roof in 1 day! Their work was efficient and well done with great attention to detail. The foreman Jorge Bulmaro was excellent. Couldn't be more pleased.

Elmer and his team did outstanding work! Replaced our 30 year old roof in 1 long day. Great safety practices and maintained an orderly & clean work site. Polite and professional at all times.

We had to replace our 20+ year old roof. There were many areas that were quite water damaged. Jose and his amazing crew were on time, worked non-stop all day, explained problem areas that needed to be addressed by other sub contractors, removed and cleaned all old roofing materials and best of all, finished on time! Thank you Jose and your team😊

I had a phenomenal experience with Cloise & Mike. Everything from the initial estimate to the finished product was prompt and professional. Stefan and his crew did a terrific job. They finished the job on time, as promised and left absolutely no mess behind. I highly recommend Cloise & Mike.

Everything from price to workmanship was stellar. Kris, who walked my parents through the process and materials to Jason and the install crew, everything was amazing. They fit us in ahead of schedule despite being booked far in advance. They were very respectful and courteous of the property, home, and our safety any time we were outside during install. They cleaned up every night and left the property looking like they’d never even been there. They showed up on time and worked their tails off to make sure my parent’s house was ready to go on time and be listed for sale. Bottom line: customer service was top-notch from start to finish.

10 Stars for Cloise & Mike Construction for value, quality, professionalism and communication. For all of the service, quality and follow up, we got an incredible and great value. Very competitive pricing!

From the original walk through inspection/bid presentation by Justin, scheduling by Jake, installation by their crew and final inspection by Bryan, the whole roofing experience and process was fast and quality. Kyle and Steve led their crew all throughout the installation process, while working side by side with them. And all of crew were hard working and courteous. With the crew, the new roof was put on quickly and our yard was cleaned up completely.

Our roof looks so good with new materials and the solar fan. Our original roof from 1991 had to be replaced and we got bids from 5 different companies.

I am grateful we called Cloise and Mike Construction to bid our roof job. We are confident our new roof will "cover" and be "covered" by Cloise and Mike through years to come.

Had a problem with my roof leaking in the rain and Cloise & Mike were the only ones to respond to my requests for help. Chris Almos came quickly and gave me an accurate accessment. His work crew showed up right on schedule and completed the repair expertly. I highly recommended their servicees. Competent, knowledgeable and capable, I am completely satisfied with their service. Leak fixed and the roof looks great!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Cloise n Mike roofing. I highly recommend them for anyones roofing project!
Tony did my estimate and explained everything in understandable detail. The process was easy. I got 3 bids and I decided I liked this product the best and had a confidence in this company. The job only took 2 days. Jason the project supvr. on site was very helpful and patiently walked me around to explain what they were doing. The team was very pleasant, efficient and hard working- even in very wet and cold conditions ! They covered everything around the house etc and cleaned up each day. No issues or problems at all. I am very satisfied. Thank you team !

I would like to give a shout out to Stefan and his crew for doing an outstanding job on replacing my roof on the house and detached garage. Several people in my neighborhood, including myself, were really impressed with the job the crew did. From my original quote to the end of completion was absolutely professional. I’d like to start with the original quote where Justin showed me the the roof from the attic POV where nails were coming thru my shiplap roof that weren’t hitting the boards, he explained that plywood was necessary in a down to earth way.. not like a used car salesman. He pointed out a bathroom vent that ended in the stick and not outside the roof. He also commented that the plywood in the garage was old school plywood and is very sturdy and did not need to be replaced. In regards to when Stefan and the crew showed up.. it started with a drone taking pics for before and after. shots. It was a cold windy 2 days that they worked and debris was flying everywhere. The clean up afterwards was outstanding. No nails anywhere. Also, what was most impressive about the replacement was there were at times 8-10 workers doing the job in unison. My neighbors were really impressed by that. Also, all the vehicles that were in my driveway has the Cloise and Mikes company name on them. Not just a small sign but it was wrapped on each vehicle. In summary, totally impressed by them and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to anybody. Thank you for a job well done.

I contracted Cloise & Mike a second time after having a new roof replaced a few years back on our house. This time it was our big shop roof. I was awed watching the "NFL of roofing" hit the peaks to begin the work. As the day unfolded it was like observing a well executed play, each man in sinc with his crew members. My roof repairs along with new shingles is now a work of art. These guys not only put down tarps but their final play was picking up every scrap of debris. I commend each of them. And highly recommend this company for any of your construction needs. My thanks every time I look at both my roofs!!

Forman Jorge, Bulmaro and the crew completed another fine job! I had Cloise and Mike construction re-roof my 10,000 square-foot business building about 10 years ago and was very impressed. My son bought his second home a year ago and Cloise and Mike put a new roof on there detached garage and he too was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Cloise and Mike construction. I really also appreciate their detailed final check ( thank you Elmer, in the POURING rain!!) & clean up 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

My wife and I were very happy with the new roof installation and the hands-on attention we received throughout the process.
Starting with the project scheduler, Jake, we were well informed of the process steps and timelines.
The crew lead, Bulmaro, and his team worked very hard and did a nice job with the installation by paying attention to detail, as well as ensuring at the end that they surveyed our property to clean the perimeter of our home very well to leave behind no debris.
Lastly, the field supervisor, Bryan Green, was very hands-on onsite, informative and answered all of our questions.

Cloise and Mike did a total roof replacement for us in mid-September. This job included total plywood replacement and the addition of new fascia and vents. Every step of the process was remarkable! Working with Justin and Jake was so easy. Everything from the initial estimate to the roof completion was seamless. Cloise and Mike is a well-oiled machine. They quickly responded to any questions we had with amazing customer service, efficiency, and professionalism. They were also able to pivot quickly as we added additional work after the initial estimate.
I would also like to recognize Juan and his crew. They were the best! Juan responded to any questions we had about the work being performed on the job site. Juan explained how the roof went together, how the vents were assembled, and answered any questions we had about the roof installation. Juan and his crew all paid close attention to detail, worked safely and efficiently, and responded to our questions with informed, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service.
If you are looking for a new roof, look no further than Cloise and Mike!

Stefan and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my roof. My roof looks great. They cleaned out my gutters and spent a considerable time checking for any debris left on the ground. Highly recommend these people.

There was no question to who was installing my new roof and that was Cloise & Mike. Always a plus these days to work with true professionals! Everything and everyone was on time and installation was completed ahead of schedule. Justin does a great job up front making sure you understand the process and getting questions answered. No surprises with the quoted work or the price! Stefan and the crew were awesome to work with! A very on time hard working crew. The entire crew was professional, courteous and respectful. Very easy going easy to talk to crew! Attention to detail when setting up and cleaning up during and after install. An active conscious crew that powered through the hottest of days to get it done right! The new roof looks great and no doubt will perform better than ever before! THANK YOU to all at Cloise & Mike for making this veterans life better!
