Jacks crew was professional and adaptable to my needs. Without Northwest Restoration and their advice this insurance project would have taken longer than it did. I’ve learned yet again that patience and common courtesy works way better than complaining. Although that team definitely got an earful from me their resilience to my needs superseded my whining. Over the last 4 years we have had 3 separate incidents in our house requiring water restoration (lucky us). Insurance tried to have us use their guys one of which was not licensed/ bonded and the other subcontracted his jobs to another person who was also not licensed/ bonded and 2 weeks out. We went with Northwest Emergency Services for all three jobs and they have always gone above and beyond each time! They are very quick to send guys out and stop any further damage. Additionally they are on the homeowners side, not the insurance side so there are no shortcuts just quality work! The amount of professionalism and care they took made all 3 really horrible and stressful situations a lot less stressful and very easy to manage! Any issues that ever arise during the reconstruction they stepped in and made it right. They worked with us and kept us well informed the whole way, they even gave us multiple options to choose from with our kitchen. The attention to detail and the quality of work they did made our home even better than it was originally! I would highly recommend them for any job and if we ever need them in the future we will definitely use them again!
