What an AMAZING company!!! Our heat pump recently quit and they sent their technician Mike out right away. It turns out that we a very rare unit that my hubby brought home with him from Kazakhstan and the parts are not available in the USA. Mike called the office and Chelsie used a translation app to read the label and was able to find the parts online and get them shipped in only 4 days! Jakob came back out with the part and and had it running in less than an hour! Oh, and the best part, they even had portable heaters that they let us heat the house with temporarily while waiting for the part to arrive!

Luis was very knowledgeable!! He came out and provided great education to my autistic son, who is responsible for replacing the filters. Luis explained the filters were being installed incorrectly and how that was negatively impacting the air flow. He further showed us how to adjust the flutes during summer and winter months to control temperatures throughout the house. Luis finished up with a routine maintenance check of our system. He left us feeling very confident and satisfied with the service that was provided. Thank You!!
