What an AMAZING company!!! Our heat pump recently quit and they sent their technician Mike out right away. It turns out that we a very rare unit that my hubby brought home with him from Kazakhstan and the parts are not available in the USA. Mike called the office and Chelsie used a translation app to read the label and was able to find the parts online and get them shipped in only 4 days! Jakob came back out with the part and and had it running in less than an hour! Oh, and the best part, they even had portable heaters that they let us heat the house with temporarily while waiting for the part to arrive!

Austin was amazing!! Thank you all so much for your quick and amazinng help! We would have been freezing this winter without you guys!!!

Luis was very knowledgeable!! He came out and provided great education to my autistic son, who is responsible for replacing the filters. Luis explained the filters were being installed incorrectly and how that was negatively impacting the air flow. He further showed us how to adjust the flutes during summer and winter months to control temperatures throughout the house. Luis finished up with a routine maintenance check of our system. He left us feeling very confident and satisfied with the service that was provided. Thank You!!

Great communication, very friendly, and quick to help. We had Mike R. here today to look at our HVAC system. Our garage is so cluttered and i had no idea he would need to go in there. He went above (literally climbed over our mountain of clutter) and beyond to get to our crawl space. He was very kind about it. Our issue is being fixed promptly. Now my Husband is decluttering the garage as I'm typing this so it’s a win-win for me. Thank you AM/PM! Highly recommend.

Had a ceiling based mini split installed it keeps the whole house cool. They were the cheapest of the 3 local companies I called and did a great job. Special thanks to whoever had to crawl around in my hot dusty attic.

I had my furnace/heater serviced today by Keaton. He arrived promptly on time and explained to me his checklist for determining any issues. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to determine I had a water leak within my furnace system and able to fix that problem while explaining to me what he was doing and why. I would recommend AM/PM heating and cooling to anyone and want to thank Keaton for the outstanding work he performed at a fair and reasonable price.

During the snowstorm our Heat pump died. AM/PM came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I will hire them for the install of a new unit and will definitely be referring them to my buyers and sellers!

Luis R. with AM/PM Heating and Cooling was incredible! They came to our house super quick and diagnosed the issue with our leaking furnace in seconds. The fix was super simple and all that was needed was a small piece of pipe. They showed true class when they didn’t even charge me for the labor or part since it was so quick and easy. I left a message to them at night about my A/C unit not working. They called me in the morning and had an availability that didn’t work with my schedule. But 15 minutes after I got off the phone they called back and had a cancellation so that they could be there in a hour. Bo came out and check everything and a fuse had blown. He called his coworker to make sure that the fuse could be the only thing wrong. The company was very professional and they had a very quick response time when it was during their regular business hours.

Austin was terrific...arrived on-time (a little early actually) and went to work right away. He explained the condition of the AC unit and exactly what steps he needed to take to get it running well. Polite and easy-going demeanor. Our family woke up this morning to a nice, cool house. Thanks again.
