Reviews of local pros in Burbank, Washington

We needed work done quickly and Luis and his guys came through for us. He was very kind and willing to work with us on an affordable price. The work was done quickly and well. He even asked to pray for my mom's back pain to go away!

I highly recommend luis sanchez with quality backhoe services for all your needs. He came out to my house ran a camera down my sewer line found where some roots were in my line and gave me the right advice to resolve my problem and he did it for free what a great experience

I'm physically disabled, Lois and crew were doing work for a neighbor, I needed some gravel leveled in a area by driveway, asked him if he would help me and the price. He not only helped but did it for free! I'd been praying for help and the Lord sent Quality Backhoe Services. The work they did for neighbor looked great and his help to me was literally heaven sent! Thanks so much.

Quality Backhoe Service helped connect my home to sewer and did an excellent job. The team was prompt and thorough in the work. I highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again if the need arises.

The name says it all. I had a serious break in an irrigation line which killed the water for my whole yard and pasture. Luis was super fast and responsive, did great work, and saved my bacon!

These guys were amazing. Luis listen to my problems and showed concern he even met with on another day to talk to about my concerns. Luis and his team put a clean out in my old Richland home. They took my fence down to get in my backyard and put it back up. They cleaned up everything. They were on time and worked until the job was done. I’m so happy I chose this company. Thank Guys.

Luis is awesome!!! He and his crew did a great job. They were really respectful and all so nice. I absolutely recommend Luis, and will hire him again if we need additional work done.

Luis did a sewer hook up and septic tank decommissioning, he was great from the very first time I contacted him. He was knowledgeable, informative, detailed, prompt and honest. Everything he said he was going to do he did and in the time frame he said. He even helped submit all the permits with the city of Pasco which sped up the whole process. I would definitely hire Luis again and will be recommending him to everyone.

Luis and his crew at Quality Backhoe Services just finished repairing my broken sewer line. Luis kept me informed of progress going through the process of bidding, getting locators completed and when he would be here. They had to carefully dig around other utilities in order to reach the sewer line which they did with no problem. After the repair they refilled the hole and cleaned up after themselves. Luis answers any questions, is great to work with.

Luis and his team have been such a pleasure to work with. We had them take care of our rental sewer hook up and when our septic failed we called him immediately. So fast, so detail oriented and if there is such a thing as being neat while digging holes in the ground that is what they do, and trust me ours was a very large hole. We highly recommend Quality Backhoe Service.
Thanks so much to Luis Sanchez and his team.

Quality Backhoe was referred to us by a neighbor to perform a septic to sewer conversion. Their call back time was quick and setting up a meeting with Luis was easy. He clearly explained his process and listened to our preferences. Once our part in the permit process was done the job was scheduled to start within the week. Work was completed to high professional standards, with all possible consideration for our home business including erecting a barrier so our dog could monitor "her yard" while isolated from the crew. Luis updated us with every step and left our yard better than before in many areas. We can endorse Quality Backhoe without hesitation.

Quality Backhoe literally rescued us when our sewer system failed. Lewis and his crew were able to squeeze us into their schedule at the last minute when no one else would - giving up some of their Saturday time off. They intentionally saved as much of our landscaping as possible, left a safe environment when they left for the day and kept us informed throughout the process. You won’t find a more knowledgeable group nor a friendlier voice!

After an unexpected water leak, Quality Backhoe responded in a timely fashion, kept the job site clean and always showed when they had committed to be at our house. We highly recommend them! Monty and Katrina

I used Quality Backhoe Services (QBS) the first week of June 2022 and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, quality, speed and pricing. Following a remodel of this rental home when a long term tenant left, I was excited for the new tenants to enjoy the new finishes. The new tenants immediately reported the water was backing up into the tub & toilet when the laundry was run. A plumbing company discovered the sewer line was completely blocked from outside the house to the city main in the rear yard. Both ends were blocked as viewed by their pipe inspection camera. This company was scheduled 6 weeks out for a repair and that was too long given this is an investment property and the tenants need housing. They couldn't get the Project Manager there until 3 weeks later. That was not going to work and I contacted Luis Sanchez, the owner of QBS on a Friday, and he met me the next morning, on a Saturday!

Luis provided me a written quote the same day and was able to schedule me a week out and not 6. He even was able to start the job on a Monday when it was first thought he would be there mid-week. Luis understood the urgency of the tenants to move back into the home. I whole heartedly recommend Luis and his professional crew for sewer repairs and installations. Or, any other grading work you can convince him to do when he is not busy fixing a critically important function of a house, proper sewage disposal.

Luis and his crew were amazing to deal with! We had to install a new water meter and trench about 280 feet to install new water lines. From the start and all the way through the project Luis had the best communication of any company I have ever dealt with. This project had multiple complications from rock and roots to having to change direction in where we hooked up to the house. This never detoured his crew and they took the extra time needed to make sure it was done right. You can tell the pride that his crew takes in their work. I really appreciated the friendly positive attitude of all of his guys. I 100% would recommend you use them if you need some digging done.

Quality Backhoe Services came to my rescue! When nobody else (6 phone calls) was available to solve my water main leak, Quality Backhoe was at my door within 30 minutes of my call on a Friday at 3:30 pm. Even as this job continued to produce one unexpected leak after another, these guys just handled it. Professionalism, efficiency and, as their name states, Quality work! Thank you guys. I would recommend them to anyone in need of Quality Backhoe Services.

Awesome job by Quality Backhoe in repairing the irrigation leak on our property. Tricky situation with decades old concrete line next to the weir needing to be repaired. Highly recommend their services

Quality Backhoe Services installed a secondary sewer line for our home addition project. He and his crew were excellent. We were kept notified of each step of the job, they were prompt, reasonably priced, and the quality of the work was excellent. I can give them a supreme review.

We recently discovered a homeowner’s property, that we manage, was having sewer line issues all too familiar with many Richland residents. We contacted a few different companies to take a look and give the homeowner’s a bid for correcting the issue. Luis, and his team, were chosen to complete this job. We could not be happier!! Luis was very knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. We were informed throughout the process of what was going on, given photos and videos, copies of permits, etc. They started on time and finished as scheduled. Amazing company and people! Professional and friendly, always a smile and time to explain all steps along the way. Thank you all so much for making this such an easy, smooth process and making our home owners happy 😁

The guys did an AMAZING job & really cleaned up and spread gravel to restore the area. Needing to connect to sewer, while trying to prepare my house to put up for sale, was stressful. They made it as painless as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend them. One of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a contractor.

Luis and his crew wonderful. he worked very hard to figure out the best way to tackle our job that was also the most affordable. a they did a big job in a quick turnaround time and I highly recommend his business to anyone needing excavation. He’ll be the first i call. Thank you again Luis!
