Just keep in mind that if you’re outside their service area, and they’re not willing to do the job, they might just choose not to respond to you. I sent an email and waited almost a week to hear back, and I probably wouldn’t have if I hadn’t sent a follow up email.

Don’t waste your time because they will waste it for you. I set a time to meet with 3 guys at a clients property to discuss a project I had been designing. Was told “If anything else changes in our schedule, we’ll let you know”. No one showed up and no one answered when I called to figure out what happened. The lack of professionalism in the construction industry can be astounding at times. This company clearly contributes to that problem.
