UMI Seattle is an excellent general contracting business for any renovation project. The owner is really knowledgeable about remodeling homes to improve value for each client's property. Love the work they do!

UMI did a full basement remodel for our home and now just did a main bathroom remodel and custom shelves in our bedroom. Like always we are very pleased with the high quality work they do. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable how to properly work on your house (we've had bad experiences with other contractors in the past) but they also have high standards for making sure the work is done properly and will last a long time. I highly recommend them for any work you are trying to have done on your house!

I had 4 posts replaced that were supporting an old deck. JD team did a great job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend for any job.

Our kitchen remodel was everything we expected. They went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with the results. Thank you JD Remodeling!

I had an overall good experience with JD Construction. Javier and the team were very receptive to my concerns and I appreciated their willingness to work with my changes along the way.

I’ve worked with JD Remodeling twice now and both times have been really happy with the results and value!

It was a pleasure working with Javier and his team. We had an issue come up but they responded quickly and professionally to make sure we were happy. Thank you for all your hard work!

Super great company! The crew are very humble and friendly, the owner gave great strategic ideas to help us move forward with our home projects. They also provide great value for the cost of everything that got done ✅ I will continue to use this company for our next project!

Ive used JD and the team on several projects from a complete basement renovation to exterior paint and odd jobs. They are always responsive, professional, trustworthy, hard working and competitively priced. Definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with JD Remodeling. The work Javier and team did to our kitchen/dining room turned out better then we could have imagined. We would hire them again for future projects.

We are so happy with the work Javier and his professional team did on finishing out our basement. Such a transformation in a few weeks! Definitely recommend them for your remodeling needs.

We have used JD Remodeling on several occasions over the last couple of years and rate their work and approach highly. They are consultative, creative, really helpful and very responsive. Thank you to the team for helping us achieve our vision for our property.

Javier and his team helped remodel our bathrooms and yard, and paint the interior. His team is very attentive to our needs and feedback, and completed their work on time. The price is very reasonable. I’ll use their service again for my other remodeling projects.

Really appreciated the work JD Remodeling did for us. They came as a recommendation and they were fast, thorough, and kept quality of work top of mind.

Javier was great to work with! His crew painted the exterior of our home. He was very reasonably priced, quick, and easy to communicate with. He listened to our concerns and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Javier & his team did a fantastic job! They turned our dingy, dungeon-like basement bathroom into something from a design magazine! They gave me everything I asked for & they were so kind & professional throughout the entire project! We will definitely use them again in the future!

They had a crew working on our house for two weeks. We are very happy with the painting and Jorge was always available immediately for a call or to come talk to the crew.

Taking off one star only because you do need to pay attention to the work. We hadn’t expected them to paint some unpainted cedar on the porch and by the time we saw the primer it was too late. Also some windows were painted shut but they quickly fixed that when we pointed it out.
