Janitorial reviews in Burien, Washington

Absolutely terrible experience with Platinum Cleaning Services (12249 10th Ave S, Burien, Washington).

This company pushes a “green cleaning” image, yet we found harsh chemical products dumped in our dumpster afterward that were clearly anything but environmentally friendly. If you’re going to market yourself as eco-conscious, maybe don’t leave evidence behind "suggesting" otherwise.

The professionalism of these people, or lack there of, is somehow even worse than the cleaning itself. The crew was loud, disruptive, and carried themselves more like a group of wannabe club promoters trying to look hard than people hired to work in a professional office environment. They were making so much noise late into the night that neighboring businesses actually came over asking us what kind of “banger” or after-hours party we were throwing (so embarrassing).

That level of disturbance from a cleaning company is ridiculous.

And honestly, go Google their office location/photos yourself (12249 10th Ave S, Burien, Washington). The whole vibe feels bizarrely over-the-top and sketchy for a company supposedly focused on professional green commercial cleaning services.

WHAT KIND OF CLEANING SERVICE HAS A JACUZZI * STROBE LIGHTS IN THEIR FRONT YARD? SERIOUSLY? I CAN ONLY THINK OF ONE KIND OF BUSINESS THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS PLACE AND IT GIVES ALL KIND OF "ICK" AND MAKES ME WANT TO SHOWER

The office wasn’t cleaned to the standard promised, the staff behavior was embarrassing, and the entire experience felt amateur from start to finish. Between the misleading “green” claims and the unprofessional atmosphere they brought into the building, overcharges, wastes of time, things promised but not done, we will never use this company again.

Strongly do not recommend.

Professional, Friendly, Job well done. Highly Recommend.

Good free coffee & big plus costumer service is so friendly

Great, professional, quality work. Hands on ownership. Will recommend!

I use platinum cleaning at my business, we have been using them for over a year. He always shows up early, is flexible, and leaves everything looking spotless. Highly recommend if you're looking for a janitorial service.

We have been using Platinum for over 5 years at two of our clinic locations. We have had consistent quality service. If there is ever an issue it has been resolved quickly. I would highly recommend Platinum for any of your cleaning needs.

Heath and Platinum Cleaning Services have done a consistently great job since we first started using them. Heath is super responsive to any request and is unfailingly professional and upbeat. His rates can't be beat and I would recommend him without reservation!

Heath and his team do a great job, I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an office cleaning company or janitorial service in Seattle

I work in an office building that Platinum Cleaning Services cleans and I’m so grateful for the work they do. I love coming in in the mornings and seeing everything clean and freshly stocked! We never have to worry about our clients complaining about not having supplies or using a dirty facility. Thank you, Platinum

Masha'Allah!

Just moved in and hired eripure to clean my new place. Wow, it’s like a new house! Floors shiny, bathroom spotless. They missed a corner in the closet but honestly, still awesome.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
I had a great experience with this cleaning company. The team was professional, punctual, and very thorough. They left my place spotless and fresh! I really appreciate their attention to detail and friendly attitude. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning services.

I am not a competitor — I am an actual consumer who purchased services through Groupon.

This company provided poor customer service from start to finish. After paying for services, they no-showed me twice. Their main business line does not work, leaving no way to communicate with them. I had to reach out to Groupon and open a support ticket just to try to get answers.

Once the company discovered I had contacted Groupon for assistance, they refused to service my apartment, even though I had already coordinated the move-out cleaning with them four days prior. When I spoke to someone today, I was told, “We will not service your place because you messed something up for us with Groupon.”

This was extremely unprofessional. After submitting my request online, I was even asked how much I paid for my Groupon. When I answered, the response was that it was 40% less than their normal price and they would “need to speak with the owners.” My response was simple: I paid the Groupon ad that they themselves posted, so this should not have been an issue.

Unfortunately, I was left scrambling on the day of my move-out with no cleaning service, despite having scheduled and confirmed days in advance. I have filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.

⚠️ I do not recommend this company. While some people may have had good experiences, mine was unacceptable — unprofessional, unreliable, and dismissive.

“I’ve used EriPure Cleaning Services several times now, and every experience has been fantastic. The team is punctual, thorough, and always goes above and beyond to make my home sparkle. They pay attention to small details like baseboards and window sills, which most cleaners overlook. I especially appreciate their professionalism and how easy it is to schedule with them. If you’re looking for reliable cleaners who take pride in their work, EriPure is the one to call
